He called me back right away and kept his appointment time. He carefully explained how it would work best and his estimate was lowest. One water heater was located in a utility closet on the side of the house. He came up with the idea of taking the door off and installing an outdoor tankless water heater which saved me money by not having to install venting up to the roof.
