"Generally, it went well. I was told exactly what they were going to do before they did the work. The first day, I was taken aback at the price of the work, I assumed the original request would not be such an ordeal, so they allowed me time to consider the work and price while they fixed the toilet. I did decide to go ahead with Top Contender, and I am glad I did. They opened up the wall opposite the faucet, shower head, etc, and found rotten wood, which they replaced, cut away old pipes that were causing electrolysis, reinforced the pipes with staples(not sure of the technical terms), and patched up their work after replacing the shower head, faucet and spout. They were thorough. I had to add additional work to the kitchen faucet problem after cleaning under the sink and notice a crack on the pipe and ask if they would replace it after they fixed the faucet. The issue with the faucet was that it looked like it should have been stuck in the wall a lot further. I wanted to add tile on the wall behind the sink and the faucet stuck out of the wall. The exposed section was covered nicely and I am able to slide the piece, install the tile, and slide the piece back to the wall - problem solved. They did remove the plumbing underneath the sink with new, ABS p-trap assembly. Before they worked in the bathroom, they papered the floor from the front door through the bathroom, used any parts I had on hand, and aired out the bathroom during the entire time. They did clean up, better than most.. not perfect (but I would only notice that).."

"Ken at Affordable Tile is easy to work with and does exceptionally good work, and his prices are fair and reasonable. Ken and his crew did a complete shower remodel for my home. They demoed the old shower and then rebuilt a new shower from the studs and floor up. Work included framing the substructure of the shower and then an awesome hot mop job, and then they framed and floated the floor, bench, and walls. The tile work was so beautiful it nearly brought tears to my eyes. I bought modern tiles with size 13” x 39”, so Ken and his crew had to cut every single tile, and every cut was spot on, and not one tile was broke or wasted, it was unbelievable. The finished product looks terrific. I also loved that Ken always let me know when he would arrive, and always showed up on time and put in a full day of work. The whole job took about 8 days, and Ken and his crew cleaned up at the end of each day, and kept my home free of dust and debris. I would highly recommend for any shower remodel or tile installation."

"Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business.
