"Ken and his staff were fantastic from beginning to end. He made the process so easy and he was always up front and transparent about the service and prices. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. Crowding us in at the end of a Friday--and we were even new customers--Mr. Ornejo worked into the evening--well past 7:30-- on that Friday night, returning again on Saturday with other equipment. When he discovered that the "clog" in the mainline to our septic tank was a formidable tree root, he recommended whom we might call, providing the sort of knowledgeable and thoughtful consultation service that a primary care physician would in calling in a specialist. AND, he called on the day of that service just to see how it all was going. I would recommend Good Guy Plumbing in a heartbeat, and will certainly go to him for plumbing...and, as it turns out, other areas as well, including electrical work.
