"Ken and his staff were fantastic from beginning to end. He made the process so easy and he was always up front and transparent about the service and prices. "Art was extremely helpful and accommodating at every step of the project, from bidding through scheduling and even some additional work we needed a few weeks later. The team worked efficiently, doing a new main line install (going under our sidewalk and concrete without any demolition), re-piped the horizontal pipes under the house with copper (they were 100 year old galvanized), and setup a new shut off and regulator outside. They did everything in a day and cleaned up nicely. When we had other contractors working on our foundation 2 weeks later, they bent over backwards to get plumbers out the next day to make some fixes to drain pipe and at an excellent price. I got quotes from three companies and Repipe Pro was the most competitive and also great responsiveness from Art and his wife Thelma who run the business. "I have used Reiko plumbing many times in the past.  I was very satisfied with all aspects of their work. The labor charge was $75/hour. 
In the last month they offered to change my garbage disposal for $778.42.  There would not breakdown the cost of labor and replacement parts.  I went to Home Depot and brought a top of the line InSinkErator for $223.00.  I replaced the garbage disposal unit myself in 30 minutes.
I think it unprofessional to not divulge the cost of the replacement parts and their labor costs are unjustified.
