"They were okay. But the issue is occurring again. I don't know if it's the product or the service. They had to take out the electrical board. The electrical board was under warranty. He took it to the actual company. They gave him a whole new one and he came back to install it. Then, they had to come out again because the gate wouldn't open. He came to adjust it. I kind of got frustrated with the guy because the guy started putting down the product. The next time he came, he was nice and courteous. They did lower the price for me. They were agreeable to that."

It took two days instead of one day partially due to the fact that one of the gate posts had to be set in concrete and needed to dry before wood fencing boards could be attached. The new gates seem to be better built and are using stronger hardware than the previous gates had used. As the installation project progressed the two installers asked questions regarding the details of the fence and how we preferred the details to be done. So it appeared as if they genuinely wanted to do a good job and have us satisfied when the job was completed. Even though some heat records in the area were broken during those days they continued working on the project until completion."
