He took it to the actual company. They gave him a whole new one and he came back to install it. Then, they had to come out again because the gate wouldn't open. He came to adjust it. I kind of got frustrated with the guy because the guy started putting down the product. The next time he came, he was nice and courteous. They did lower the price for me. They were agreeable to that."

The new gates seem to be better built and are using stronger hardware than the previous gates had used. So it appeared as if they genuinely wanted to do a good job and have us satisfied when the job was completed. Even though some heat records in the area were broken during those days they continued working on the project until completion."
