We had our bathroom completely redone, now it's like bathing at The Four Seasons Resort compared to how it was!
Also had the exterior re-stuccoed and the siding replaced. It looks like a brand new house. The neighbors have complimented our improvements and were surprised at how quickly everything was done.
The crew arrived on time every day and worked non-stop.
They were polite & cleaned up at the end of the day. Whenever we left messages for Rod or Rami, we got a call/text immediately and all our questions were answered.
I really felt that Amerbuild takes pride in their work, especially customer service.
I would definitely recommend Rod and his crew.
Throughout the entire remodeling process, Rod was professional, enthusiastic, and full of integrity. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, he came up with great ideas to improve and simplify things, and he worked hard to keep us on time and on a budget. They are a full-service company in that they bring in a designer to draw up the plans, they accompany you to all major purchases such as granite, sink, floor and backsplash tiles, they have the workers to execute the vision, from painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc, they provide insurance for all get city permits and inspections to make sure everything is done to code, and they do final walkthroughs to ensure your home is left clean and that all cabinetry and appliances are installed correctly and functioning properly. All crew members that came into our home consistently impressed us by being punctual, respectful, and most importantly, competent. Simply Awesome!
What we appreciated most about Amerbuild, especially considering we were very nervous first-time remodelers, was that Rami and Rod were available 24/7 to answer questions, problem solve, and calm our shaky nerves.
We wouldn't hesitate to go to Amerbuild again for future home renovations. In fact, we've already referred Rami to a friend who was equally blown away by their work. Thanks, Amerbuild, we hope to work with you again soon
