"Clean cut stone did an excellent job with our countertop installation. we interviewed 3 contractors before going with clean cut. Their price was competitive with the other two, but their communication and follow through set them apart . They were also able to measure, fabricate and install with outstanding quality, all within a few days. Others told us it would take two weeks. I am an architect and this was an installation for my own home, so i was vey particular about the details. Moshe came out to measure and then put me in contact with David to answer some follow up questions that I had. David was detail oriented and answered all of my questions and was willing to work back and forth with me via phone and text to resolve details and scheduling. "He was very helpful since this is an old house. The first problem was when the job was finished, the sink came apart from the counter because it was not supported properly to begin with. They responded to that quickly and fixed it but it should have not happened in the first place! While the backsplash was being installed, the head installer, Paco was having a screaming tantrum on phone in front of my partner. I feel like he was not focusing on his work. When the owner jimmy was contacted the 2nd time regarding our concern, It took him a while to get back to us."
