The plumbers relocated the tankless water heater to a much more desirable location, installed new sinks, faucets, shower heads, vanity, medicine cabinet, toilets, garbage disposal and a hood for the range. The painters were very patient with my slow decision-making and painted samples onto the wall to help me choose. The walls and ceilings throughout the house now look pristine. The cabinet craftsman built an incredible, new 8’ cabinet and refaced the existing cabinets/drawers in a satin-looking finish, with all self-closing hardware. It gives the kitchen a dramatic look and compliments the floor, counter, walls and backsplash. The quartz countertops have a beautiful pattern and were measured and fit perfectly. The composite flooring was laid professionally and I was given expert advice on how best to care for it. The carpeting and new baseboards in three bedrooms and the living room were completed in one day and beautifully match the walls. The electricians added and rewired outlets, ran a dedicated line for the tankless water heater, installed a ceiling fan in the kitchen and bathroom, provided new sockets and dimmer switches, and put in multiple recessed lights. The roofers did a thorough job with both the repair of the wood slats and replacement of the old roof, and added an overlay on the patio cover which solved our leak problem. This was tested by torrential rains less than a week after installation! Gal, Ron and Victor, (the man with the eye for details,) alternated supervising the crew and were always available in person or by phone.The house looks beautifully updated and all of our home improvement dreams have been realized. I highly recommend doing business with this company. Their motto seems to be “Whatever you want!” as I heard this repeatedly whenever I asked “Do you think I could have.....?” Gal, Ron and aVictor provided a very personal touch, making sure our every wish was granted. "We had been looking for Contractors to work one two of our bathrooms . For the Master bathroom we needed the tub and countertop changed whereas for the guest bathroom we needed a complete remodeling . We had consulted with multiple contractors before we agreed to go forward with Golan. Golan was upfront about the costs involved and provided us a complete breakdown of project timeline. Amir was our contact for all issues big and small. He gave us advice when we went tile shopping, got the plumber to come look at a leak after hours and provided creative solutions to some unavoidable issues. The rest of the crew ie plumbers, electricians, handymen etc.. were also respectful of our space and thorough professionals. Communication was a breeze and responses to our questions were quick. Our guest bathroom went from having an old rusty tub to a more contemporary shower. We replaced the space hogging yellow vanity with a modern prefab unit which made the tiny room look more spacious. The tiles were updated to a nice slate gray which are much easier to take care of then the original old tiles. For the master bathroom we changed the old shaky tub with a new tub and had nice natural stone looking tiles put in which make the room seem warmer and more peaceful. We are extremely happy with how things turned out. And are planning on working with Golan and his team for future home improvement projects. Highly recommend the team !!!"

"I hired Isaac to remove my Trex decking and install a french drain system along my back sidewalk area. He removed the Trex and we found existing drainage under the decking and dirt that had accumulated prior to my purchase of the house. He flushed out the existing drain system, repaired some rotten stringers, sealed the top of the 2"x6"'s and re-installed the Trex decking. It took about 4 days, very quick. Isaac and his team were great to work with. He was on site and very active in overseeing the project. He was a pleasure to work with and I then contracted him to remodel my master bathroom."
