"I had a fairly big kitchen/laundry room tile project that needed my whole kitchen floor leveled before laying the tiles. I got three estimates. Gustavo was one of then and right away I felt very good about hiring him. I a so glad I did. He was on time, very friendly and professional. Then two days later his uncle Chuy and son came to start the work over a span of 6 days. They leveled my whole floor, installed the tile and also installed my baseboards and the toe kick after. I have to say, both of them were very so nice and very professional. The job site was left spotless after completion. Their skill level and work is exceptional. I am so happy to have hired them. Its hard to find contractors who are so professional, nice and skilled all at the same time. I can only highly recommend them."

"My 23 years old tile roof need to be replaced due to poor quality material used by previous local roofer. After search through 6 estimates, I pick Tony's bid because he listen to my concern and his prices seems fair. Normally roofing job starts in April or May, after the raining season, but our roof was leaking in several spots and Tony and Tino (the roofer) started the project in February. With the wettest raining season in recent memory in LA, it was a challenge to work on roof during the break between rain storms, but Tony and Tino's crew pull through the challenge. During the process, Tino also points out several issues with our chimney and he was able to do a thural repair and painting while he was up on the roof. As with any construction project, we encounter areas that need extra work and Tony was very easy to talk to and we were able to reach a reasonable price for the extra work. The only complaint I have about the whole project is that during the project, the crew allow the dirt got into my gutter and the cleaning process was not as thural as I'll like. Overall, I am very pleased with our roof project with OM Construction. Tony is very responsive during the process and address my concern very quickly. Tino's experience and attention to detail make me feel confident about the quality of our roof job."

"We were extremely pleased with the OUTSTANDING quality of service and work performed by Kincaid Development!  Joe Kincaid was always responsive and decisive.  He provided a typed work estimate detailing each item, and a final invoice clearly describing the adjustments made, which we had agreed upon in advance (for additional items). The level of communication and project management was excellent.  Joe and Mark worked with our job schedules and let us know exactly what was going to be done each day.  The team showed up at the designated time, and every one of the workers was professional and knowledgeable in their craft.  Joe organized the appropriate craftsmen for that day's work, communicated well with them in advance, and personally inspected all of the work, making adjustments to ensure that the quality was acceptable.  They even wired a plug in the outdoor grill area and added a short backsplash in the grill area and the bar area, which were not in the original contract, when it was evident that a backsplash would prevent any leakage and improve the appearance of the granite countertops.  Joe or Mark were present at the job site every day and accessible for questions. The work area floors were covered with plastic, and they cleaned up each day, removing all of the debris from inside and outside work areas, and vacuuming the cabinets.  They went the extra mile to utilize all of the granite purchased, touch up wood stain on the cabinets, seal all connections, clean up, and make sure that we were satisfied each step of the process.  The job was completed promptly, and we couldn't be more pleased with the BEAUTIFUL results!  Fine quality workmanship, attention to detail, great communication, reasonable charges, promptness -- We will definitely work with Kincaid Development again in the near future!

"We just completed our remodeling project with Best Builders Group and it was a great experience overall. We added a master suite (appx 350 sq. ft.) to our house. We got several estimates from several construction companies and we decided to hire Best Builders Group for that because of their big experience in design, great price and great approach. The addition project was not simple at all but Zohar handled each stage of the work very productive and he always kept us up to date about the entire progress. His design was a huge advantage and it was the main thing that we couldn’t fins in the other ones. Our bathroom addition is definitely stunning and it’s our favorite part at the house now.
