"I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Tito. When I first met him he walked around the property while I pointed everything out that needed to be repaired and fixed. He gave me a bid on the spot that I accepted a few days later. I got 4 other bids that were 50% higher and some that were lower but I had good feeling about Tito. A couple weeks later Jesus and the crew showed up to start prepping. They did a lot of sanding and stucco work that needed to be done before any primer went down. They covered the pool as well as the solar panels so that no overspray would get on them. They had to pressure wash the house and fence twice since I was also doing some sandblasting work that made a mess of all the prep work. I kept asking Jesus about some boards that needed extra work and he walked me through the process multiple times. Anytime I brought anything up he just said "no problem" and did extremely good work. When I need to paint the interior I am going with Tito and the guys.

"The owner, Rick, came out right away to look over the house and write us up a free estimate. The next-day estimate was detailed and very reasonable. The head painter, Adan, and his assistant, Ismael, did and excellent job painting the house. Adan made sure that everything was to our liking before he left at the end of the project, even going out of his way to get extra material to add nicer detail and curb appeal to the front of our house. We LOVE how the finished house looks! It was good working with such friendly and professional people. A job well done at a very reasonable price.

We discussed a price, within minutes the house was pressure cleaned, then a day later his crew showed up, made the necessary trim and stucco repairs, they removed the chipping paint and painted the trim and two story house in one day. The paint is thick and rich, the trim gleams. James White and his team did an excellent job. Neighbors liked it so much, four neighbors had him do their homes. The neighborhood looks great!
