Jone is by far the best realtor we have ever had (she is the 4th in one year). She set up house parameters (i.e. one story, in a certain location, lot size, etc) and sent us listings as they came up. She tweaked those parameters as she learned what we did and didn't like. My sister lives in the area and they checked out homes for us then recommended those we should check out in person (Corpus and the DFW area are about a 7 hour drive apart). Once we found the perfect house she recommended a great inspector. She also negotiated price of the home based upon the inspection. The home needs some renovations and she had contractors to recommend. She also sent a list of utility service providers. She stayed in touch via email, phone and text. To top all that, she located a realtor for us in Corpus Christi. She is just amazing.

It was a pleasure working with The Harrison Team!
We were looking for a home to accommodate our large family as well as our aging parents. We had very specific requirements and Jone went the extra mile to find us the perfect home. She gave us excellent advice, pointing out things that we didn’t realize, making sure we made a good choice. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a very good work ethic and is so much fun to be around. Who knew that buying a home could be so much fun!
The house we purchased had five people bidding on it. We weren't the highest bidder, but the sellers accepted our bid telling us that it was because of our excellent realtor.
Our overall experience with Jone and Joe was excellent! I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Jone listed and sold our home. She did an excellent job, advising us on what to fix up to make our home ready to sell. She promoted our home online as well as having it in the Tour of Homes and held Open Houses every weekend until it sold. She sold it in a reasonable time, getting top dollar for our home.
She did an excellent job negotiating with our buyers, who were a bit difficult. She is extremely knowledgable and our closing went smoothly.
Jone is professional, hard working and delightful! Everyone I have recommended her to has had noting but wonderful things to say about her and the service she provides.
She also represented our son and his wife who were first time home buyers. I felt very comfortable with her representing them because she is so honest and always has her clients best interests at heart.

The Harrison Team - Jone & Joe Harrison (& Associates) did a fantastic job selling our home.
She helped us show it off looking its very best. She recommended we paint the interior, the outside front & garage doors, and replace the carpeting. The remaining exterior paint was done just a year earlier. She had a professional stager arrange furniture. She also had the outside windows washed.
It went on the market Saturday evening, and by Tuesday evening we had three solid offers, one over the listed price!
Our house was in escrow over the holidays and she pushed to get it closed in less than 45 days.
We highly recommend her, and would definitely use her services again.

Outstanding. Jone and her team were providing immediate feedback to us on the status of the multiple contracts we wrote on a number of houses that we were interested in, and in the end worked the very best deal for us in a VERY active market in this area. Jone has worked with us on multiple sales and purchases of homes as we moved from place to place, and the service was outstanding every time we worked with her. This relationship has been ongoing for the last 6 years as we moved both in the local area as well as finding us an outstanding agent when we relocated to CO in 2013. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this agency for both local as well as relocating to the Dallas metroplex. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form.

We decided to sell our home and move to Florida. Jone made the experience so easy! She suggested what we needed to fix up for a maximum sales price and was very easy to talk to. She kept us informed every step of the way and got us a great price for our house! If we had another property in Texas to sell we'd sign with the Harrison team in a heartbeat!

My husband and I tried to sell our home last year and had a horrible experience with our
listing agent. When we decided to try again this year we were extremely gun
shy. The Harrison Team had such great Angie?s List reviews, so we reached out
to Jone for an interview. She got back to me very quickly and reworked her
schedule to meet with me that weekend. She came to the meeting very prepared
with comps; I was impressed by her preparation in a short amount of time.
After we decided to work with Jone she quickly set up showings for us to find a new home
and helped us get our house in order for listing (she set up a staging
appointment and helped us find contractors to handle
painting and other repairs). From that point on, everything was very smooth. We
got our new house at the price we wanted, and our house had multiple offers at
or above asking after a week (last year our house didn?t get any offers in two

You don't find many people that you would send your close friends to and never worry about it at all. Jone is one of those people. She has sold 2 houses for us. The first one took 21 days and had 28 showings in that time. The last one was on the market for LESS THAN 24 HOURS and the offer was for full price. We can't say enough how Jone and her team have taken care of us and our friends. So if you are really wanting to sell your house or by one we say you would be foolish not to at least talk to Jone about it.

Jone is a WONDERFUL realtor who made the process of selling my first home incredibly easy...She treated me like I was her only client. During the buyer negotiation process, she asked me to increase the $ amt toward home repairs, which she matched $-incurring the cost of several repairs herself....this impressed me immensely!!

Jone is really great! Over the years I have worked with about 8 real estate agents, and she was, by far, the best I have ever used!
She went out of her way to help us, and she really went above and beyond in every way possible. She spent hours driving us around the area, patiently showing us properties. She worked for us at all hours of the day and night, and she never complained once. She actually seemed eager and friendly to help us! She had knee surgery and called us right afterwards to make sure that WE were doing okay. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and on top of things. If she didn't know an answer to a question (which was rare), she told us so, and then proceeded to immediately get the answer for us.
If you are looking for a real professional that is worth every penny that you pay, Jone is the top-of-the line. I highly recommend her to anyone moving to the Flower Mound or surrounding areas. I will definitely use her again if I need to sell.

Jone and I started looking in October 2007 for a home for my fiancée and I to move into after we got married. After every tour, my fiancée changed the parameters of house requirements. Jone cheerfully went back to the drawing board to look for more houses to meet his ever changing requirements. We finally found the home in Feb and closed on a home in Aug 2008 (it was in foreclosure so closing took longer than normal). We are still in the home and every couple of months we look at each other and say how much we love our home and how grateful we are for Jone's tenacity to help us find that perfect home. We met Jone at a Sunday open house and explained our situation to her. By Monday we had a list of neighborhoods and properties that fit our needs. Jone explained how each property compared to what we wanted, the pros and cons of each property, and escorted us on a series of visits to each property.

Joe and Jone are consummate professionals in every aspect. We have bought a rental property through them as well as bought and sold primary residences.
