I picked Cal Termite at random just to get another estimate after getting irritated with "the hard up sell" from someone else the day before. Scott came out quickly (when he said he would... not like the other guy!), did a more professional inspection and left me more educated and satisfied. The report was everything I needed to move to the next step. I already knew I had a problem: he explained what needed to be done and what didn't in order to get me what I wanted/needed now. I appreciated his knowledge and experience- he pointed out a couple items I wasn't aware of but he didn't push the issue. I was very surprised compared to the day before. Bottom line: clean, professional and top notch work done when he said it would. A+ Oh yeah, and he beat the price too!
