Shane responded to my HomeAdvisor inquiry within minutes. He worked with me for an appointment time. He was here on time. He inspected my problem. And gave me the good news that there was no evidence (droppings) of the roof rats living in my roof. They can be controlled if we do a few things. When we offered to pay him , he said he did free inspections. No charge. He could have easily charged us for the time he spent. I would highly recommend Amaral Pest Control. Excellent service.

Amaral was called after a gopher made its presence in a newly rock landscaped lawn was established. The gopher was quickly taken care of. No more gophers have appeared so I haven't had to call hem back. Fast action. Great results.

They showed within a few days of my calling. Very nice to work with, no up-selling unlike other services I contacted. The initial job did not kill all the pests and they showed back up to correct the problem without a fuss.

I don't have enough good things to say about Shane Amaral. I have been doing business with another company for several years on a monthly contract. I called them about a rodent problem in my attic, The soonest they could schedule was three weeks out. I called Amaral Family Pest after reading some reviews. Shane and Hilton came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem and set traps. They came back the next day and rodent proofed my attic (we hope). This morning I heard a trap bouncing around in the attic and within two hours Shane came out to take care of it. This is Saturday. What else can I say, they are great, professional, and considerate. They are now my regular go-to guys. Thank you Amaral
