"I just finished a 6 week project and was very impressed with S&L’s work ethic and overall workmanship. Jeckob was easy to work with, and his guys are also exceptional. They updated our master bath and two other smaller bathrooms, and laid the kitchen backsplash. Our master bath looks especially gorgeous with literally no flaws. We had 3 shower heads installed requiring new piping and everything was still completed on time. They were with me until every handle was in place and even cosmetic pieces were hung and in place. No stone was left unturned. In a day where it is extremely difficult to find a reliable contractor, I would highly recommend Jeckob and his team and have already recommended them to friends and family."

"It was a great pleasure working with Pouria and Juan. I hired them to help build a 400 sq. ft. deck, and they were able to finish it within a week at a very high quality. They were incredibly flexible with all of our requirements?don't hesitate to communicate with them if you need anything changed during construction! They are absolutely amazing and efficient. They even did some extra work around our house, which will really help us in the long run. Their pricing is very fair compared to many other groups, and I will definitely go to them the next time I need a project done!"

"We are very happy with this company. They have done some work at our townhouse and we are definitely hiring them for any other future renovations. It is so difficult to find a contractor you can trust and when we met Ofer, we are very pleased. He is easy to talk to and he listened to what we want to get done and worked with our budget."

"Great, Work was started and completed on time. Owner/ contractor Adrian was on sight everyday to check the job sigte and work progress and to ensure everything was being done properly. He provided an update as needed everyday or when requested. They repected the House Rules and cleaned up daily in my condo and in the common area.. You won't find better service or quality. Unfinished Carpentry questions, answered by experts

No rules state how much of a load-bearing wall can be removed. Rather, you need to adequately support any area that is removed. Support should always be added to as much wall area is being removed. Failing to support the area properly will result in structural damage.

Carpenters are trained to take on a wide range of home projects. You can hire a carpenter to do framing, roofing, build custom furniture, and make significant upgrades to your home. General carpenters are usually able to handle most jobs. However, you may also choose to hire a carpenter who specializes in a specific type of carpentry.

Bump-out additions can add some space to a closet without requiring any significant structural work. This entails pushing back the existing rear or side of the closet, simply moving the wall into either an adjacent room or unused space. For ground-floor closets, this could even be extended to the exterior of the home, but that has its own complications. Bump-outs are a good discussion to have with your contractor if you’re just looking to increase the space a little—not renovate the entire closet space.

Homeowners can increase the usefulness of their garage space in other ways, and one option is to extend the length of the garage by making it deeper. The process is similar to traditional garage extensions, but the end product is a garage with a different layout rather than additional parking spaces.

There are a variety of second-story deck privacy ideas depending on your budget and aesthetic. For starters, you might consider fencing or tall privacy railing that masks a good portion of the open deck. A pergola or an awning can provide additional cover and shade. Outdoor curtains are an easy way to add or remove privacy at your convenience, plus they’re a wallet-friendly way to decorate your deck.
