"The owner Francisco is very professional. He showed up on time, answered the phone , listened & addressed our concerns. The house was powerwashed , primed , painted with 2 coats of paint ( rain off) that I selected. They finished in 6 days. We have neighbors and had to access their property. Francisco handle issues with the property manager , providing insurance, license, workers comp documents. A tenant had additional concerns that he resolved within a day. The painters worked hard everyday , priming doing caulking & repair work, especially at the top of the building. They were always polite and pleasant to work with. Super nice guys. The price was reasonable and I am very pleased with the service and work."

"It was a pleasure to work with Eric, we hired him for a complete backyard renovation which included tree removal, leveling the surface and place pavers and a deck on top. Also built a retaining wall. The work came out very nice in part because of the great design ideas that Eric gave us. The project ran into some unexpected issues that Eric was able to overcome nicely. We were impressed how Eric handled the project and met all the deliverables, also his team was extremely polite an professional. Our backyard now looks like the ones advertised in magazines. "We hired Sonia Jimenez from Topview Design Solutions after being recommended by our contractor and, from the very first meeting, we felt she was the right designer to execute our ideas professionally.
