"STOP if you are wondering who to hire, think no further because Leonel is for you! Our project was to takeover the work of a previous contractor, Leonel stepped in and boy did he come through...taking on a project that was pulled apart by someone else is hard enough but taking on one such as the magnitude of ours and completing it early goes to show what an incredible craftsman Leonel is. He was very articulate in making sure he was on track and following the guidelines, he communicated daily with arrival times and any access or requirements he might need. The quality of his work is superior, everything looks wonderful and its all thanks to Leonel."

He stood out from the other two contractors that I interviewed. He knows what he’s doing and does quality work with attention to detail. They showed up promptly each morning and always cleaned up before leaving. I also appreciated how he kept me updated on what to expect each day.Call him if you want the job done right the first time."
