I was quoted by 6 contractors before them but none felt like the right fit until this home remodeling contract came along. Finally, I am now able to have company over. The process and communication with project manager and Raz communicated well with me and my family and answered all questions and concerns. I told Raz that we are adding an extra room. There were 2 occasions where changes needed to be made and they were reasonably accommodated without any nickel-and-diming. Eric is a great communicator and is always asking the customer if they need anything.
