Robert and Company were incredible through every step of the process of prepping, repairing, and painting our home. I would highly recommend him. Very trustworthy. Gave honest assessments and options every step of the way, never forcing his opinion, but always offering his recommendations with a high level of backing behind it. his team was efficient, clean, honest (once, someone drank a beer we had left outside, and that person was never brought back (their decision, not mine)), and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time.

Part of my job is property management. This year two of my clients needed there houses painted and so I put them out to bid. After meeting several painting contractors we selected RBC. Robert and his crew were very courteous and helpful with my clients. They are very professional and perform the work in a timely manner. Roberts attention to detail was excellent and both me and my clients were very happy with the job performed. Having worked with many contractors in the past, this is one I definitely would recommend.

Robert Bernhard was on time for appointments, on estimate for invoices and the painting was done on time and very professionally. We have 5 rooms and halls painted. We are very pleased...I would definitely recommend them to my friends and associates.

Robert did a very thorough job on our building and it looks great. However, the final costs ended up being significantly higher than his original estimate due to several increases in the cost of siding repair work. His team works had and did a great job, so we think we got our money's worth. But we also felt that there was a bit of a misunderstanding of cost and had we known the true costs up front, we might have gone with one of the competitors.

Robert was prompt and courteous, easy to reach and onsite often. His employees were tidy and courteous, and did a good job. When there was a problem, Robert made sure it got fixed. Plus: the job came in on-time and on-budget!

Robert was able to gracefully deal with three different condo owners while painting a hallway and front entryway. His crew was impeccable, and the job was done on time. The hallway looks great and we would all use him for future projects.

Robert and his painters did an excellent job. They were very detailed oriented, and made my house look fantastic. They were very good at respecting the landscape and cleanng the site every day. Robert was also very good advice on the quality of paint to choose. He also pointed out spot with dry rot and explaining what needed to be done. I will definitively consider him for my future painting jobs.

The workers didn't do a neat trimming job and they got some paint on a house that was next to mine. And, I do not believe the best culking job was done.

"I admit that one of our painters did get a drip on the neighbors house, and when I went back and did a minor touch up to make everything right, I also did some caulking touch up. Everyone seemed happy when we left? We will do a better finish the next time."

Mr bernard was either late or just didnt show up for scheduled meetings. He left the job with only one person to work on it and, as a result, it took a week longer than planned to finish. Many of the oversights pointed out to him at walk through were not addressed. The quality was not too bad but everything else was. I would not hire him again
