They came the same day I asked about getting it done and completed removing the old water heater and installed the new one within hours! I could have waited to see if the parts I needed could be sourced but since the heater was 14 years old I opted to install a new one. He went out and got the new part, and installed it. The other project was a spray attachment to the utility room sink. A couple of relatives checked it, and it still leaked or popped off. Alain worked on it and contacted a store for a new part. He found out the problem and fixed it . The old one had a part missing from the store purchase i had made months ago. He returned to the to exchange the toilet came back and the toilet did fit in the bathroom. He returned to the store to get one that fit came back and installed it.
