"Several months ago, I noticed that doors in my house were no longer closing and latching. Specifically, my front door no longer locked completely. Once I got it fully locked I could no longer open my front door anymore, so I knew I had foundation issues. I called Bay Area Underpinning to come look at my foundation and do some measurements. The crew, Lance Sladek, Jake Hall, and Eddie Shaw, crawled under my house and dug 30 to 40 foot holes in the ground to install piers that would lift my foundation. These gentlemen worked in very cramped dirty conditions in 90-100° weather. I was extremely happy with their work and their dedication to doing the job correctly. "The man that came out and installed the new hot water heater was very good, he did a good job installing and makeing the connections. The only problem we have now is that the hot water barely comes out of the faucet. It seemed fine when he was done and left, but about a week went by and the water slowed to about a 1/3 of the pressure we had with the old hot water heater. I wish I had his number, I'd give him a call and see what can be done. It takes forever to wash dishes. Other than that, everything seems fine with the installation.
