"Carmelo did an excellent job on installing a gas fitting for my new dryer. He installed the fittings and got my dryer hooked up. He went above and beyond and also helped me light my pilot light on my water heater! He explained what he would do, performed the work and cleaned up after himself! Great job Carmelo!"

"Jay came through HUGE for my family & I this morning, SUNDAY morning! Main drain to street AND secondary drain both CLOGGED on a Saturday night. Jay was 1st to respond, through Angi, early Sunday morning and I m so glad he was 1st to get back to me. Jay is also an owner/operator which I like. Very friendly over the phone, also very direct in price quote. He told me he d have the problem solved for $___ which, for a Sunday I felt was reasonable, and even though the job ended up being a bit more involved/complicated and definitely more time consuming than originally expected, he actually charged me one cent less than he quoted me! Got entire house drains cleaned out as well as main & secondary drains. Was also very prompt arriving within an hour or so of initial correspondence . Jay and his technician were both very pleasant and made sure to explain to me each step he would be taking to clear the drains, taking the time to make sure I understood what was likely happening and what the likely solution would be. Jay made sure I was happy before leaving and assured me that we won t have any drain problems. We can t thank you enough for showing up within an hour of our talking and getting the job done well at the price you quoted me!! We are now washing dishes and doing laundry which, without Jay and his tech, we d still be waiting to do. "Today I had the best experience with Mr. Ed's Plumbing! This is a family business and they take great pride in their work. Mr. Anthony Sharde and his brother came to repair/install my garbage disposal; they are two of the most amazing young human beings. I was pretty worried to have my plumbing serviced due to COVID-19, but they came fully prepared with masks, maintained social distance, and we enjoyed some great conversation while they fixing the problem. They also made recommendations for moving forward (making sure my 17-year-old sink had new pipes to ensure best future performance on my new garbage disposal). "David was supposed to be here at 4 PM. He called me a little bit before and told me he was running late. Was that all right? I told him that was fine. When he arrived, he was very professional. Got right to work Installing the waterline and the water bib on the side of my house. He was friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely recommend JD plumbing! I will be having him come back to do some more work for me."

"JPC team did an excellent, professional job on our storm water sump pumps related project. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."
