They came the same day I asked about getting it done and completed removing the old water heater and installed the new one within hours! I could have waited to see if the parts I needed could be sourced but since the heater was 14 years old I opted to install a new one. He went out and got the new part, and installed it. The other project was a spray attachment to the utility room sink. A couple of relatives checked it, and it still leaked or popped off.
