My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. "Our outdoor barbeque/kitchen in the pool area was just done by Best Builders Group who was referred to us by a co-worker who hired them for his last remodeling project at his house and he was very happy with everything they did. Our remodeling project was a large scale remodeling project to our opinion BUT to Best Builders Group it was a normal size project and they provided all the required attention to detail and great working capabilities. We had some concerns on the plumbing & electrical but Zohar took care of all of them in a very professional manner. Part of the work was to build a custom fire pit and Zohar was always nice enough to do whatever we asked. All the workers on the other hand… always made sure to clean up & they never left the house without the cleaning task. The installations was done perfectly, professionally, clean and with perfection. This remodeling project came out to be such a wonderful entertaining spot of the house and I strongly recommend them."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."
