Chris was very professional, kept in contact and did an excellent job. Worked as best as he could and cleaned area when done for the day. We feel very lucky to have found him for installing our backsplash. Highly recommend him .

Chris installed a herringbone floor in our family room. The design is very tricky. Because most installers are not familiar with the installation, we would only give the job to an expert. Chris took his time to get it right and did a beautiful job. It looks fantastic and the price can't be beat!

I recently hired Chris to build a tile shower pan with tiled walls up to the ceiling and tile the floor in the bathroom. He was very professional and got the job done in the time he told me it would be complete, when he came out to bid the job. He was always on time and kept me informed about what the progress was. I had some questions that he was always able to answer for me. He made sure to let me know he is not done with a job until the customer is happy. When he was finished with the job I could not have been any more pleased with the way my new bathroom turned out. I would deffinately recomend him to anyone looking for any type of tile work. Chris, quickly replied to my call. Followed through, and did a wonderful job on our tub/shower combination. I would reccomend him and his work to anyone. The fact that he got the job done on a timely basis, and it looks so great is very important to us.

Chris and his assistant did a fantastic job on my kitchen. They worked efficiently, but did not sacrifice quality. They even went above and beyond to help me find a grout color we loved. All in all, they did fantastic work, and I have no doubt that I will hire Chris again in the future.

chris install 1700 sq of natural stone was very professional very clean. Would have Chris back to my home for work in the furtue. He was very friendiy prompt and professional. 10 star for Chris work and worker .

Chris Lancaster and his helper damaged both of my new closet doors, chipped paint off the wall, and scratched nearly every wall in the room (newly painted) especially around the closet. He tried to repair one of the doors but did a poor job. He refused to do anything about the damaged walls. He damaged the second door when installing the first one. He had a terrible attitude about it as well. I asked him to replace the doors, etc. and he refused that as well. Then the door nearly fell off and would not work correctly so I fixed it myself to the point of it being functional, however, there is still permanent damage to the door.

Chris did an amazing job installing nearly 1000sqft of travertine in my entry (with marble inlay), living room, kitchen, and dining room. He also finished a custom fireplace surround with marble inlays. Tile was a butt-jointed diamond pattern. I am not the easiest to work with in regards to quality finish work and workmanship. I'm uncomfortable with people working in my home and Chris is trustworthy, extremely professional, kept the work areas clean and finished the job as agreed upon. He far beat my high expectations and I would highly recommend his work.

We had Chris install a custom shower, which included the tearing out of the existing tub and creating a shower. He was very friendly, prompt and professional. He kept me apprised of each step he was doing as he went along. He made great suggestions and did a wonderful job. He is very reasonable and we are very pleased with the results.
