My job was a whole house demo and tile installation. The tile I chose was a large (26x30) hexagon. Hexagon can be quite challenging, so I needed the best installer I could find. I was impressed that Tony came out to measure and quote my job. One of my hurdles was that I could find no baseboards that worked well with the matte black tile. Tony solved this my having his crew custom cut baseboards using my floor tile. The top edge was finished with matte black metal stripping. It looks amazing. Monique the office manager was so easy to reach and she was quickly able to address all of my questions and concerns. My crew of four Martin, Danny, Xavier and Fabian arrived on time. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. "Overall, a good job. The tiles look really nice. There was a slight markdown from "excellent" because of a few minor issues. The contractor did not show up with the material necessary to patch the holes in the wall. I made a trip to the nearby Home Depot to get the patch material, as we were trying hard to get the job done in one day. Also, I see a slight variation in the width of the grout. I would have liked them to be a more even.
All of these things were minor. The price was very good (the "Angie's List deal" was $450, but I had to pay another $100 for the patch work done on the walls before the tile was installed), and the overall look of the backsplash is good. I would use this company again.
