"Bryan and his crew did a absolutely wonderful job on my floor! The house had been transformed! They where very easy to communicate and work with. They were on time, they got their work done very fast, cleaned up after themselves every day, and even stayed later the last day until everything was done so I could move in on time! I found it a huge benefit that they also do construction, I had them install a few things, and move electrical outlets. It was wonderful to have just one person to do everything for me. "We hired Sam and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, remove some lighting and to install recessed lights in the kitchen. We are very pleased with the work they did! All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the recessed lights are perfect. Sam and the crew worked at the house every day until the remodeling was completed. They worked very professionally and efficient. Definitely perfect craftsmanship. Sam was also easy person to work and talk with, very comit man to all of our requests. We’ve absolutely found our contractor!"

"Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints.  He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost.  The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout.  I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before.  
Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge.  He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."

"Overall, a good job. The tiles look really nice. There was a slight markdown from "excellent" because of a few minor issues. The contractor did not show up with the material necessary to patch the holes in the wall. I made a trip to the nearby Home Depot to get the patch material, as we were trying hard to get the job done in one day. Also, I see a slight variation in the width of the grout. I would have liked them to be a more even.
All of these things were minor. The price was very good (the "Angie's List deal" was $450, but I had to pay another $100 for the patch work done on the walls before the tile was installed), and the overall look of the backsplash is good. I would use this company again.

"Plenty of damage, torn tiles and cracked on the sides. I called these guys after a relative gave me their number. Guys replaced in a matter of days, the tile matched and also they also did a beautiful job in having the tile glazed."

"It went great. It was a big deal purchase and it did cost me more than the big deal purchase. It was like a deal for four hours for $100 so they did almost half of everything and then they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing up. I think they were a little ill-prepared for how much work that needed to be done. There were just holes everywhere because of the electrical. They re-patched all of the dry wall holes and matched the plaster to the wall. I think they were ill-prepared for that but because of that they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing it so I was pretty happy about that. The price was great. Everything was great. The guy was a little late."
