"Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify the details of your move on 9/26/2025 so future customers have the full picture. On paper, the inventory you provided to us measured 1,142.5 cubic feet. For comparison, a typical one-bedroom apartment is only about 250–400 cubic feet. Your shipment was the size of a full two-bedroom household, which explains why a 26' truck was completely filled. At your origin, the move was from the 3rd floor with an elevator and a long carry to the truck, and the destination was also an apartment with an elevator. Both locations required time and careful handling. Our 3-man crew worked a total of 7 hours (loading, driving, and unloading). At the agreed rate of $164/hour, your total was $1,148.00. There were no additional or hidden charges — no packing material fees were billed. Regarding your concern that not all items were moved: throughout the process, you repeatedly instructed the crew to hurry and even told them to leave some items behind because you were concerned about time. These directions directly impacted what was ultimately transported. In short, our team performed the move exactly as contracted: The agreed hourly rate was applied fairly with no extras. No charges for packing materials were added to your bill. Your inventory was nearly three times larger than a typical one-bedroom move. The crew worked efficiently and professionally under your time constraints. We stand by the accuracy of our billing and the quality of the service provided."
"We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way about your move, but we would like to clarify a few important details: 1. TV Condition: The photo provided shows a line across the TV screen, which appears to be electrical in nature. Unfortunately, we cannot verify the condition of the TV prior to the move, as it was never plugged in or tested in our presence. Because of this, we cannot confirm whether the issue occurred before, during, or after the move. 2. Timing of the Move: At no point do we guarantee that a move will only take 2–3 hours. Our policy is clear that 3 hours is the minimum, and actual time depends on the scope of the move. In this case, the move required a long carry and a flight of stairs at both the origin and destination, which naturally extended the time. The total time logged was 4.5 hours, not 5 hours as stated. 3. Service Provided: The customer hired two movers for this job, and they worked continuously to complete the move safely under the circumstances. The conditions and logistics (stairs, long carries, etc.) were explained in advance, and the time taken was consistent with what was required. We take customer concerns seriously and always strive to provide clear communication and professional service. While we regret this customer feels dissatisfied, we believe our team acted responsibly and in accordance with our policies."

The remaining 3 hours were spent loading and unloading a fully packed 1-bedroom unit, with stairs at both the pickup and drop-off locations. Our crew of only two movers completed that labor-intensive work in just 1.5 hours on each end, which is both reasonable and efficient under the circumstances. There were no hidden fees or extra charges. Your rate was $129/hour for 6 hours, which totals $774.00. This amount matches exactly what was charged—there were no unexpected fees added. We understand you mentioned a piece of furniture was dropped, and we sincerely apologize for that. Please note that we have a straightforward claims process in place. All it takes is a quick call or email to us, and we will be happy to help you file a claim so we can address the issue properly.
