"Jayrod and Dominic were professional and great efficient workers. They introduced themselves and made sure they understood our needs, going over all the pieces that needed to be moved room by room and carefully completed the task. I am using them again to move more furniture this week."

"The move couldn't have gone better. Communication was excellent, and the timing of the move went exactly as expected. The gentlemen who performed the move were friendly, professional, and very careful. Their experience was very evident. I would definitely hire Affordable Piano Movers again, should the need to move my piano comes up. A+++++"

"The move went very well.  Our mover was David Morris.  He did a fantastic job.  He was punctual, extremely friendly, organized, and did an overall great job. It was a long 9 hour day for all of us, but David remained cheerful and patient.
The owner, Karl, is a very friendly and was able to accommodate us on short notice and multiple stops without extra charges.
We would definitely refer our friends to this company.

Customers say: Super punctual

"I was relocating for work and needed a moving company that could handle everything from start to finish. Let’s Move It Right did not disappoint! They showed up on time, had all the right supplies, and worked quickly without cutting corners. What stood out to me the most was their professionalism and attention to detail—they labeled boxes clearly, wrapped furniture properly, and treated my belongings with care. Delivery was on time, and everything arrived in perfect shape. The price was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. Moving is always stressful, but these guys made it as smooth as possible. Highly recommend!"

"I was moving from a home where I had lived for 30 years. I was feeling very anxious about the whole situation, but especially selecting the right movers. Too many horror stories from friends! The day I called Silver Star and Hana answered the phone I was just minutes away from feeling relief. This company made themselves available to me to answer my many questions and to basically hold my hand through the process. Their work crew wrapped and moved my things very gently and I am so pleased. I hope I never have to go through the process of moving again, but if I do I will choose Silver Star. Thank you Silver Star."

Moving questions, answered by experts

You can move a pool table without taking it apart only if you’re moving it a short distance, like from one room to another, and with the help of several people or a professional moving company. But if you’re moving the pool table from one home to another, experts strongly advise you not to move it without taking it apart. If you leave it in one piece, you could risk not only your own personal safety, but also risk damage to the pool table itself. The bumpers could need to be realigned and the slate may have to be re-leveled if you try to move a pool table without taking it apart. In this case, the risk usually doesn’t outweigh the reward.

If you don’t have the TV’s original wrapping sleeve, you’ll need to find other methods of protection when moving it to a new home. Your best options for wrapping a TV are a combination of bubble wrap and moving blankets. For extra protection, you can purchase a foam TV cover or pouch, which is made exclusively for this purpose.

Moving straps like forearm or shoulder straps can usually support up to 800 pounds, sometimes more with specialized straps. However, that doesn’t mean that one person can always lift that much weight, just that the straps are rated for that amount. For example, some straps require two people working together to balance the weight of the heavy item.

Yes, you need insurance for a moving pod. Moving insurance is worth the cost because it can help pay to replace any damaged or destroyed items during the move. Without insurance, you’d be on the hook to pay for those replacements entirely out of pocket.

In most cases, you should get a full month’s notice for a move date. If you’re renting, your landlord or property management company is required to give the same amount of notice as your pay period length. So, if you pay rent each month, they will need to give you a month’s notice unless your leasing agreement says otherwise.
