Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

He installed our new 8-ft elegant front door after having demolished the existing entry door, with its sidelight and eyebrow windows and a 6'8" door place there by the original builder of the home. Entirely new framing job. He helped me with the order itself, did troubleshooting for me when no one know where the door was after we were told it was shipped, and stayed well into the evening on installation day to make sure it was in readiness to be used and locked up for the night.
