Howard at Lane Home Improvement called me to tell me he usually did not do the work I was wanting but came by to give me pointers, answer questions and tell me what he thought needed done even though he knew he probably would not be taking the job. I mean.....who does that?? Howard was so nice and easy to work with and fit me in before another big job he had lined up. I hired him just because he is so nice and then hoped for the best. I could not be more happy with the job. Plus.....he got started right away and worked with my budget. I would recommend him to anyone."

Last, we hired him to attach a porch rail with polycarbonate panels to keep out the rain and wind. On each job, he was polite, creative, on time, and finished quickly. Each job was meticulous, exacting, and creative. He has "an eye" for color, and each corner is exact, and all poles, posts, and rails are level and joined perfectly, with all screws counter-sunk.
