"We were looking to expand our house for years, with addition ADU. We had selected Geico Builders for their great craftsmanship, selection of materials and the competitive pricing. Mila and Kevin worked with us to renovate our enclosed patio to build a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. It turned out amazing. We went through several revisions in the design, and they took care of the permits and paperwork with the city. My wife works from home, so they were mindful in working around her availability. Overall, the project took about 14 months from when we found them due to permits taking a few months. It's hard living in a construction zone but the team went above and beyond to minimize the impact it had on our lives. They have a great team that is very attentive and responsive. Some of my parts are on back order and the team will be back to install the missing lights and shelves we bought as finishes. I will work with them again if I have other projects. Great professionals to trust your home."

"I needed a deck repair and was dealing with someone else who led me on for a month with only one estimate...done one way. They would not do what I wanted (less repair). Howard at Lane Home Improvement called me to tell me he usually did not do the work I was wanting but came by to give me pointers, answer questions and tell me what he thought needed done even though he knew he probably would not be taking the job. "Absolutely awesome. Easy to work with and fair. Mcqueen construction was one of several contractors I contacted for a bid. There were two contractors I felt comfortable with and confident that the result would be good. (Fingers crossed). For some reason I felt Scott would be someone I felt comfortable with and could work with. They removed my 20+ year old deck and spent 2 days shoring up the superstructure, leveling, measuring, etc. , and came up with some options of how best to install a new trex deck and not waste boards. "Jonathan Wais is a true craftsman! As someone who is rather picky with the design of my home interior, I was very particular with much of the furniture that went into my new home. After weeks of searching several furniture stores, I was unable to find multiple wood furniture pieces that aligned with both the dimensions and aesthetic that I was looking for. Since I am not particularly crafty myself, I knew that I would not be able to simply refurbish hand-me-down furniture on my own. Instead, I trusted Jonathan to create and build some of these pieces to perfectly match my vision, and he did not disappoint. Jonathan built me custom nightstands and dressers that fit perfectly in the weird nooks and spaces in our bedroom. He was attentive to the unique dimensions that we needed to maximize space and storage. Afterwards, he listened to our desires regarding our ideas on furniture colors, and he explained various wood types and stain color options, an area that Iâ m not educated in.
