"I needed a deck repair and was dealing with someone else who led me on for a month with only one estimate...done one way. They would not do what I wanted (less repair). Howard at Lane Home Improvement called me to tell me he usually did not do the work I was wanting but came by to give me pointers, answer questions and tell me what he thought needed done even though he knew he probably would not be taking the job. I mean.....who does that?? Howard was so nice and easy to work with and fit me in before another big job he had lined up. I hired him just because he is so nice and then hoped for the best. I could not be more happy with the job. Plus.....he got started right away and worked with my budget. I would recommend him to anyone."

"About 1 hour before our scheduled meeting time Ganaro called and asked if we could push our appointment back about an hour.  I rearranged my schedule and agreed.  I left the house to run errands and he called again just a shot time later and asked if we could move it back to the original time.  I dropped what I was doing and went back to the house to meet with him.  Once he arrived he was nice and courteous.  However, without asking what I wanted done, he started trying to sell me on a series of big project unrelated to why I had set the meeting.  On three occasions I tried to bring him back into talking about the projects I needed done and he kept trying to turn it into something much bigger.  He was constantly trying to sell me something and not asking questions about what I wanted to do.  I finally asked him to leave.

"Jonathan Wais is a true craftsman! As someone who is rather picky with the design of my home interior, I was very particular with much of the furniture that went into my new home. After weeks of searching several furniture stores, I was unable to find multiple wood furniture pieces that aligned with both the dimensions and aesthetic that I was looking for. Since I am not particularly crafty myself, I knew that I would not be able to simply refurbish hand-me-down furniture on my own. Instead, I trusted Jonathan to create and build some of these pieces to perfectly match my vision, and he did not disappoint. Jonathan built me custom nightstands and dressers that fit perfectly in the weird nooks and spaces in our bedroom. He was attentive to the unique dimensions that we needed to maximize space and storage. He also thought of components that would make these pieces more functional and user-friendly for us, such as knob options and a soft close feature. Afterwards, he listened to our desires regarding our ideas on furniture colors, and he explained various wood types and stain color options, an area that Iâ m not educated in. Jonathan listens and is cooperative with your vision, while also offering insight on certain features and components that only an expert in carpentry would know. We receive endless compliments on the nightstand and dressers every time we give a house tour, which ultimately leads to an another referral to Jonathan. I trust him with all of my carpentry needs!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy for our major home renovation where we completely remodeled our kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc... It was my first time working with a contractor and I have to admit I was nervous- especially doing a project of this size. Unfortunately, I have had multiple terrible experiences with people in the industry and it has shaken my trust. From the beginning, however, Vitaliy did everything he could to earn that trust and show me that there are still amazing, kind, honorable people left in this world. He took every opportunity to make me feel comfortable in the process and to reassure me that he cared about what he was doing and that we were going to be happy with it. I'm going to miss having such a genuine person around (who by the way can also fix/build just about anything). He has a keen mind and if he says he's going to do something he does it. I've given Vitaliy's contact information to pretty much everyone I know and our friends/family that have seen his work cannot wait to use him. "Mr Neill Dougherty is an excellent custom builder, designer, communicator, and always professional. His prices are more than fair, especially when we saw the finished room!! We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."
