"The work completed during the initial agreement period was beyond expectation, leading to significant scope creep (my husband and I continue to be impressed; thus, continue to add to the long wish list). Thus far, we have new built-in cabinets in the living room and den with beautiful (and highly functional and durable) countertops and an opening between the two rooms for barstools on either side (perfect dining or family game surface). Manuel and Joaquin were instrumental in design and execution. The master bedroom is completely redone (lighting, floors, painting, baseboards, patch and texture, outlets) and the master bath is nearing completion from ceiling to floor with a new barn door installed between bedroom and vanity/shower area. No task too small or large. We have a new gate around our entryway that our four dogs and the rest of the fam enjoy immensely - many compliments from neighbors too. The Tenorio's attention to detail and focus on planning and brining to life practical (and aesthetically pleasing) solutions make this team unbeatable. "Bob with Integrity called me almost immediately after submitting the request online through Home Advisor. He answered all my questions with ease and scheduled an appointment to come out. Bob arrived on time and even sent text reminders. I had him fix the rollers on my 8 sliding glass door, which after his repair slides like it s brand new! I almost broke it several times opening it too hard forgetting I could now open it using only 1 finger! While at my home Bob also measured for a sliding screen door and replacing the bug screens on 4 windows. He estimated a week to get them, scheduled the appointment and showed up on time again to install them. "Like most contractors they were scheduling jobs about six weeks to two months out due to the prolonged rainy season. Unlike the GNHI crew that did our windows these guys were sub contractors. No problem. They showed up on time, worked like champs tearing off two layers of siding when we thought we had only one. They recommended new soffit because the old, cheap junk kept cracking whenever they touched it, so we did a change order and had them wrap the fascia boards also. Roger was to able to get the changes done at a fair price and with no hassle. I can't say enough good things about the installers. Quality work and attention to the smallest detail left us with a house that looks like new."
