"We hired Vick/Central Builders for three projects . He built a deck/platform with pressure treated wood and trex for the new gazebo. We then hired him to assemble the cedar gazebo with a metal roof. Last, we hired him to attach a porch rail with polycarbonate panels to keep out the rain and wind. On each job, he was polite, creative, on time, and finished quickly. Each job was meticulous, exacting, and creative. He has "an eye" for color, and each corner is exact, and all poles, posts, and rails are level and joined perfectly, with all screws counter-sunk. Clean-up of each project was perfect. We would absolutely recommend him for any project, small or large. He will soon be so busy we will have to stand in line!"

"About 1 hour before our scheduled meeting time Ganaro called and asked if we could push our appointment back about an hour.  I rearranged my schedule and agreed.  I left the house to run errands and he called again just a shot time later and asked if we could move it back to the original time.  I dropped what I was doing and went back to the house to meet with him.  Once he arrived he was nice and courteous.  However, without asking what I wanted done, he started trying to sell me on a series of big project unrelated to why I had set the meeting.  On three occasions I tried to bring him back into talking about the projects I needed done and he kept trying to turn it into something much bigger.  He was constantly trying to sell me something and not asking questions about what I wanted to do.  I finally asked him to leave.

"I had two literally rotten bathrooms that were overdue for work. One of the bathrooms had a huge scary hole in the middle. As it turns out, a previous contractor did a sloppy job in several areas that introduced a small leak that eventually rotted the bathroom floors. The Tenorio's group actually had to replace most of the pipes, and floors. At that point, we decided to make the bathrooms completely new. Much better than the previous work years ago. They were highly recommended by a friend who worked with several contractors. I did not rate the price because most other contractors that give a cheaper price may deliver cheaper results. If you need work now, here is your chance to hire them, because once I am ready, I will have them performing more work for me."

I even asked John at the last minute to build a door casing for an uncased entrance I had from the dining room to the hallway, which he agreed to do -- and did a wonderful job. "I had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy for our major home renovation where we completely remodeled our kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc... It was my first time working with a contractor and I have to admit I was nervous- especially doing a project of this size. Unfortunately, I have had multiple terrible experiences with people in the industry and it has shaken my trust. From the beginning, however, Vitaliy did everything he could to earn that trust and show me that there are still amazing, kind, honorable people left in this world. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Vitaliy and everything he managed to do for us in such a short timeframe. I got to spend a lot of time with him and consider him to be more of a friend. I'm going to miss having such a genuine person around (who by the way can also fix/build just about anything). He has a keen mind and if he says he's going to do something he does it. I've given Vitaliy's contact information to pretty much everyone I know and our friends/family that have seen his work cannot wait to use him.
