"I needed a deck repair and was dealing with someone else who led me on for a month with only one estimate...done one way. They would not do what I wanted (less repair). Howard at Lane Home Improvement called me to tell me he usually did not do the work I was wanting but came by to give me pointers, answer questions and tell me what he thought needed done even though he knew he probably would not be taking the job. I mean.....who does that?? Howard was so nice and easy to work with and fit me in before another big job he had lined up. I hired him just because he is so nice and then hoped for the best. I could not be more happy with the job. Plus.....he got started right away and worked with my budget. I would recommend him to anyone."

"About 1 hour before our scheduled meeting time Ganaro called and asked if we could push our appointment back about an hour.  I rearranged my schedule and agreed.  I left the house to run errands and he called again just a shot time later and asked if we could move it back to the original time.  I dropped what I was doing and went back to the house to meet with him.  Once he arrived he was nice and courteous.  However, without asking what I wanted done, he started trying to sell me on a series of big project unrelated to why I had set the meeting.  On three occasions I tried to bring him back into talking about the projects I needed done and he kept trying to turn it into something much bigger.  He was constantly trying to sell me something and not asking questions about what I wanted to do.  I finally asked him to leave.

"I had the pleasure of working with Vitaliy for our major home renovation where we completely remodeled our kitchen, floors, bathrooms, etc... His communication and attention to detail has been absolutely stellar. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better contractor. My husband and I are beyond grateful for Vitaliy and everything he managed to do for us in such a short timeframe. I got to spend a lot of time with him and consider him to be more of a friend. I'm going to miss having such a genuine person around (who by the way can also fix/build just about anything). He has a keen mind and if he says he's going to do something he does it. I've given Vitaliy's contact information to pretty much everyone I know and our friends/family that have seen his work cannot wait to use him. I can't thank him enough for making this process go so smoothly during a very stressful time in our lives. I appreciate everything you did for us more than you know."
