Don?t say you weren?t warned. JTL does do good work, but if you want someone who will communicate with you, be there for you, this is NOT the contractor for you. Our deck is still not finished even after almost 9 months. Countless calls were made but not returned. The job was even abandoned by the mason sub-contractor who didn?t know how to work with flag stone; so rather than try and fix the problem, he walked off the job. His crew cut up large, beautiful pieces of natural stone to make them smaller and easier to work with when we had purposefully paid extra to have the large pieces be on the deck. Their ignorance cost us a bundle. After months of cajoling and pleading for them to finish the job, we finally had to hire someone else to finish it.
Don?t be fooled by these people who will promise you anything. When the chips are down, they will NOT be there. I wish someone had warned us before hiring them. We would have saved ourselves a lot of stress, heartache and money

Be careful, Tony means we'll, and his crew can do well, however timeliness will not be met. You will have to call daily to try to get things done that should already be handled

Horrible work and horrible customer service. They do not background check their employees (Tony has verified this). Deck they built was deemed unsafe by 2 different independent contractors and had to be torn down and replaced. I would not recommend it to anyone.
