"For the most part, I was happy with Mario's work. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the oven was higher than the counter about a quarter inch while the back of the oven is flush with the counter. Before the kitchen floor was replaced with laminates, the entire oven was flush with the counter, and the reason was the laminate was installed under the front legs of the oven where the floor was bare before that caused the oven front to be elevated."

His one-on-one communications explaining all the details of the process along with his diligence especially when it comes to the product was amazing. In addition, the workmanship was excellent as well as their code of ethics from start to finish. I had scheduled other companies to give me bids, and after all the bids were in, I had one last consultation with Julian, and I knew he was the one I wanted to work with. He excels at customer service, has a great team, and besides being the consummate professional, his one main goal is to make his clients happy. You canâ t get better than that!
