"This guy I the best. Worth every penny. My floors had holes and were shaking. My mom is in a wheel chair so this is not acceptable. When all architect companies wanted to take me for thousands of dollars Amir instead gave me the tools (knowledge) of what needed to be done to get the site and floor plan done for the city.
