If I had to sum up the best customer service Iâ ve ever had, it would be one name, Julian. From the very beginning Julian was very personable, knowledgeable, always polite, and respectful, and always available. One of the things that impressed me most was once I explained what I was looking for, he went to work right away bringing or shipping me samples or letting me know where I could find something similar to take a look at that I might like, and I never felt rushed at any time. I even had a couple of issues that had nothing to do with the flooring, and he always said donâ t worry, well take care of it. And his talented crew certainly did. His one-on-one communications explaining all the details of the process along with his diligence especially when it comes to the product was amazing. In addition, the workmanship was excellent as well as their code of ethics from start to finish. I had scheduled other companies to give me bids, and after all the bids were in, I had one last consultation with Julian, and I knew he was the one I wanted to work with. He excels at customer service, has a great team, and besides being the consummate professional, his one main goal is to make his clients happy. You canâ t get better than that! Our project was to put engineered wood ("laminate") on our stairway. Julian's estimate was about half the amount of most of the estimates we got. Julian was able to find a shade to match our floor, which was difficult because no one makes our old color anymore. The work was done in 2 days, whereas some companies said they needed 5 days. Julian and the workers were polite, efficient, on time, and did a great-looking job. We are extremely pleased with how our stairway looks now.

Great experience with Julian. We measured, we scheduled and I love my new floors. Work was done quickly and efficiently. We even had them come back to fix a squeak and they came back quickly to remedy. Great service.

Julian was awesome, super responsive, and went above and beyond through the whole process. The laminate flooring guys were great and did a fantastic job on the floors and moldings.

Excellent customer service from Julian and his crew. Julian s integrity was consistent from beginning to end delivering what he promised from his initial sales call to final installation. We even added a small change order on the day of installation and his crew accommodated our request and completed the work on the same day. We love how the new carpeting and pad feels on our feet, like walking on a firm soft cushion. And the tile work compliments nicely our freshly painted walls and new carpeting. Our home feels nice, warm and comfy. Thanks Julian!

JJ Carpet, Inc installed our new Kahrs hardwood â floating, click and lockâ flooring (with no adhesives), Quiet Walk underlayment, and transition pieces, using Landobond wood glue, and AFM Safecoat caulking which we purchased from Green Building Supply. Julian and his team installed the flooring, plus all new baseboards in our home last week, in 4 days, including priming and painting the baseboards. I have multiple chemical sensitivity, so it was very important to find flooring and other products that are VOC- free with no off-gassing. Once we found all of the right solutions, we needed the right person to install the flooring, since it not the typical hardwood flooring that is glued, nailed down, etc. Julian spent time with us to understand exactly what we needed and why. Not many people understand how important all of this is to someone with multiple chemical sensitivity. If one wrong product is used, it could mean not being able to move back into our home. Julian listened, understood, and his installers followed through exactly as planned. His onsite installers were professional, courteous, and did excellent work. The flooring and baseboards are gorgeous, quiet, there is NO smell, and we are incredibly pleased with our new flooring. Thank you JJ Carpet, Inc!

Julian and his team were beyond helpful and gave our home a very modern look for a great price. Julian came in for a consultation and was very informative and a couple days later, we decided to go with JJ carpeting. We went through many samples with Julian and he was not at all pushy like many of the other flooring companies. He sent us many different quotes for different kinds of flooring and he was very patient with my daughter s indecisiveness. And finally, when we decided on one, we were very happy with our results. We got a beautiful dark wood and our stairs were also done very well, my daughter (an extremely picky girl) was very pleased. They got it done just in time, took only 3 days with a house of three rooms with stairs. Am very glad with JJ carpeting and their services, not only does our house look great but they had great service throughout the entire process!!

Julian and crew are absolutely awesome! From start to finish, they displayed quality workmanship with high work ethics, skill and knowledge in executing the job. I am very satisfied with my new flooring. This company definitely delivers on its promise!

They stick to the schedule. Very good communication. I've had quite a few work done by other companies in the past. I've never seen workers working till 5:00 or 5:30 from morning all the way everyday and finish scheduled work.

JJ Carpet has an excellent manager by the name of Julian. During the selection process, he was instrumental with providing answers to the ton of questions we had. For the installation portion of the project, the lead installer rushed us in order complete the job in a single weekend instead of spread out over two weekends as originally requested.

Julian gave us a fantastic first impression and was very personable. It was easy to contact him and talking to him feels comfortable like talking to a friend. He kept me posted with timelines and called after the job was finished. Excellent installation crew! They have good work ethics. We love our new floor and baseboards.

They matched the color of hardwood floors well. Thorough prep and corrected all their mistakes. Mostly showed up when promised but had some delay due to not showing up one day due to worked injury.

I have been in construction for the pass 35 years. I have worked with so many contractor's........THEY ARE THE BEST!!!! On time, clean, no drama, very respectful.
