"The quality is incredible and the service is second to none. I never felt like they were trying to scam or upsell me. They were frank, transparent, and informative when we discussed the options. The employee who helped me (I think his name was Armando) put in extra time to finish my car AND waited for me to finish work to pick up my car. I was told that it takes about a week for any "imperfections" to disappear and if they don't, it was emphasized that I can and should come back to get it fixed. It's too early to tell if there will be any problems, but not only do I not expect there to be, but if t here are, I have no doubt that they will fix them perfectly. "Todd was able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate. He was polite, friendly and professional. He showed me different samples and talked of the options available. I received two reasonable quotes from other companies, one only 46 cents higher. Since the decision was going to come down to aesthetics, I asked Todd if he could come out again to show me his product against the other manufacturers. I talked to him on Friday afternoon and he was able to come out the following Monday. I liked the Johnson product and he helped me figure out what would be best for the different windows. We scheduled for two weeks in the future when I would have some time off. Todd arrived on time, set up quickly and got all those windows done in approximately four hours. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up everything. He also put my window blinds back up for me. I'm very happy with the work he did for us. In fact, I'm sure I'll have him back before summer is over to do my east facing windows."

"I bought the FrontPoint system after reading stellar reviews on Angies List.  My experience has been excellent.  It really was as simple to install as they said -- you basically plug it in and place your door/window monitors.  I like that there was no wiring involved.  
The rep on the phone gave excellent service and answered all my questions    I was impressed I got to speak to the same rep every time, not someone different.
I put "0" for the cost because I don't remember.  It was not expensive, and very cost competitive to other providers.  Also, you can easily scale the system up or down, depending on your needs.
