I was told that it takes about a week for any "imperfections" to disappear and if they don't, it was emphasized that I can and should come back to get it fixed. It's too early to tell if there will be any problems, but not only do I not expect there to be, but if t here are, I have no doubt that they will fix them perfectly. "Robert was very professional, responsive and I even told him "good old fashioned American customer service"!!    He helped me decide which tint to choose, we chose darker on top and lighter for the vertical windows.  At first, I wasn't sure if I liked the tint due to some markings in it, Robert was patient, tried another tint and in the end I decided on the initial tint.  Now that it has been warmer I am thrilled with my decision to use the tint on my kitchen window! The old tint really had not been effective because it is so much cooler on a sunny day in my kitchen. I have hardly needed to use my air conditioning and it has been 90 degrees outside. I highly recommend Robert and Tint San Diego!

"Todd was able to come out the day after I called to give me an estimate. He was polite, friendly and professional. He showed me different samples and talked of the options available. I received two reasonable quotes from other companies, one only 46 cents higher. Since the decision was going to come down to aesthetics, I asked Todd if he could come out again to show me his product against the other manufacturers. I talked to him on Friday afternoon and he was able to come out the following Monday. I liked the Johnson product and he helped me figure out what would be best for the different windows. We scheduled for two weeks in the future when I would have some time off. Todd arrived on time, set up quickly and got all those windows done in approximately four hours. He was very neat and tidy and cleaned up everything. He also put my window blinds back up for me. I'm very happy with the work he did for us. In fact, I'm sure I'll have him back before summer is over to do my east facing windows."

"I thought that was false advertisement and  wasn't happy overall.  They only do one side of the window and count it as a window on both sides.  I guess it was okay for window cleaning. "
