Robert was very professional, responsive and I even told him "good old fashioned American customer service"!!    He helped me decide which tint to choose, we chose darker on top and lighter for the vertical windows.  At first, I wasn't sure if I liked the tint due to some markings in it, Robert was patient, tried another tint and in the end I decided on the initial tint.  Now that it has been warmer I am thrilled with my decision to use the tint on my kitchen window! The old tint really had not been effective because it is so much cooler on a sunny day in my kitchen. I have hardly needed to use my air conditioning and it has been 90 degrees outside. I highly recommend Robert and Tint San Diego!

Robert matched the color to the color of the film that was already on some other windows, was prompt about answering emails and providing the service, and did an excellent job with the actual application. We would definitely recommend Tint San Diego!

In all fairness, this was a very difficult window tinting job. Due to the window size, angle, and location on the roof, the initial window tinting job was performed with only one of the four windows actually done properly. We waited a month to see if the bubbles would disappear and they did not.  
The owner was not happy about the result but was very gracious in his response to make it right. A few weeks later he returned with more staff and replaced all the previous window tint applications. Today, the windows look excellent. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism.

the rooThe set-up and process went quite well.  We wee warned to expect  some short-term water bubbles in the film which would disappear within a few days to two weeks - none appears and the film noticeably reduced the heat affects in the rooms which were of special concern.
Service and professionalism were quite good and punctuality was excellent.

This is the second time I've used Tint San Diego.  Robert is extremely punctual, knowledgeable and professional.  He arrives on time, determines what the customer's needs are, explains the various options available, and completes the job on time.  I would not hesitate to contact him again and highly recommend Tint San Diego.

I had a couple of companies come out and give me price quotes, and Robert from Tint San Diego seemed to be the most up-front and honest vendor, so I decided to go with them. I had initially planned on only tinting the south and west facing windows in my house as those windows catch the most sunlight, but decided to tint all of the windows after talking with Robert. I was not present for most if the day when Tint San Diego came out to do the job, but I was there when they started and returned just before completion. The installer was prompt and pleasant. He asked if he could use my restroom as needed, and asked if he could use the kitchen sink to get a drink of water as needed. When I returned the work was almost complete, the house was clean, and all furniture was back where it belonged. The window tinting worked as advertised. My house is now noticeably cooler.

My husband and I purchased the house in last August and needed to get windows tinted to block the direct sunlight since there was no second floor above the living room and half the windows were placed very high without any window coverings.  We met with a few people for free estimates and decided to go with Robert of Tint San Diego since his estimate was in our price range and he seemed knowledgeable about his trade.  Robert and his assistant arrived on time on the day of installation and started prep for the job.  Since there was no window covering on most of the windows, it was easy for them to install the films.  They efficiently worked and finished the job in about four hours.  He installed tint films on three small windows for free, and there was no charge for removing existing films.  My husband and I are very pleased of their work and will hire them again if we need to tint more windows in the future.

We actually needed a poor tinting to be removed from a living room window.  These folks did a great job, they were fast, curtious and neat.  No heavy sell for for tinting, but if we did decide to re-tint the window or any others in the house, I would definitely call Tint San Diego again.

Excellent service from the very start.  When I called I was able to speak to a live person, rather than just voice mail asking me to leave my name and number and wait for a call back (whenever this happens, inevitably it ends up as extended phone tag).  Robert came to my home a few days later with several rolls of film, showed me several types and explained the differences between them. He did a great job on the windows, is very knowledgeable, prompt and efficient.  I highly recommend him.

Robert came over on a last minute phone call and
provided an estimate on the spot. We had approximately 75 windows with tint
that we wanted removed ASAP. He was there the next day with a helper and got
the work done in one day. He was courteous and kept me informed of everything
he was doing. I felt comfortable enough to let him work in the home
unsupervised while I ran errands. He cleaned up and hauled away all the trash
and left the home in a clean state. I was very impressed with his workmanship,
timeliness, and doing a few extras at no additional cost I would highly
recommend him in the future

It was great. They were fast and clean. It was a decent price. We were pretty satisfied with the service. We liked them very much and we would definitely recommend them.

Rob actually came out to my home twice before I decided on a product.  I had a lot of questions and was undecided about how dark to go with the tint, and even though it was not a large scale job, Rob had no problem coming out a second time and going over my options.  The day the work was scheduled, Rob and his helpers showed up right on schedule, did a flawless job, cleaned up perfectly and were extremely polite and professional the whole time.
