Southern California Window & Door

I shopped around and did a lot of research on what I wanted before I called So Cal Windows. Since I had a really good idea of what I wanted when I called, the whole process was painless. Maybe, because I knew pretty much what I wanted, they really didn't sell me on all the potential options. So I called, gave Ryan my rough measurements and he sent me an estimate a few hours later. The amount was about 30% for the exact same product from one of the big box stores. (I later found out, they are a sub for this same store). Because their price was very competitive and I heard good things about them, I moved forward. It was about a 4 week backlog. Then they installed the windows in one day. 6 windows one patio door. I have to say his crew was super efficient. There was an error on one of the windows and a call to Ryan and we came to a reasonable solution. After install, the only thing I could find wrong was about a 1" square of broken stucco. Overall, I was very happy with everything.

I had an awesome experience with Southern Cal Windows and door from start to finish! The best part, they were cheaper than everyone's bid! I had a total of 6 windows to replace. Three of the 6 windows are large trapezoid sky lights which was 50% of the total estimate. I was able to save a good amount since they had recommended the trapezoid windows be a single piece instead of two framed pieces. Four of my windows had to be custom so it took about 3 weeks to get them. To my surprise, the install took only a day and that's with some large wood framing being replaced on the exterior. The installers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. With how much wood work they had to do, I was surprised to see no trace of their work left behind. It's been about a week and we love our windows! It's much cooler in the house and the best part, it's super quiet.

I am completely satisfied with the whole entire process. I called a couple months ago to set an appointment. Ryan came out to take measurements and discuss my options. I was very impressed with the materials and options he suggested, and I was blown away by the price. He was the 3rd company I had out to my house to discuss this project and he was the only one who didn't try to push or pressure me to get to sign, rather he just said to give him a call anytime if I had any questions. I decided to get 1 more bid after that as I prefer to have 4 bids for any project. At that point I decided to go with them. They did not ask for any money down and just a short time later they called to schedule the job with me. They were very clean and took excellent care of my belongings. At the end of the job they cleaned up everything and walked the job with me to show me how to operate everything and how to remove the screens. I couldn't be happier with the windows and the quality of the work. I will definitely recommend them to anybody.

Overall I would NOT use any other company for window and door replacements because of the quality of the windows and doors and the finish!! 10 Windows and Patio Doors done in ONE day from start to finish...what more can I say! ...apart from..
