"Calroc also did the whole house painting inside after they removed our popcorn ceiling. They installed the 2 bath sinks/meds cabinet, a vanity light in the master bath and fixed a small portion of our laminate floor. They came on time and stayed late to finish the days' work. Jorge sent us a clear contract of what the project will be and was very prompt with his response to our texts/calls. Cesar's crew even helped us move some heavy furnitures. After they were done, there was very little clean-up to be done. A few months after the job was done I had to contact Jorge because there was a very slow leak under one of the sinks. He was again very quick to respond, worked with me to schedule an inspection and sent Cesar to find where the leak is coming from and got it fixed. I would hire these guys again for their work ethic! "The crew at Ceiling Specialist did an excellent job with my ceilings! I was under a deadline to have work done in my unit and they were expeditious in the removal of the acoustic ceiling, retexture, and painting. They used high quality materials for the work. The workers were extremely friendly and took great care with clean-up each day. I have 2 floors and vaulted ceilings which can pose quite a challenge, but the work was consistently top notch through the entire unit. In all honesty, I just couldn't live with the popcorn ceiling in my unit. It looked so bad (even worse on vaulted ceilings), I don't know how others in my complex have managed, but I will be recommending Ceiling Specialists to them as well."

"He did not have the right tools. I have some kind of transformer that takes like 220 current and turns into a 110 current and so I said does that transformer go to the light that lights up my house and he said I really don't know. He just did not get stuff finished. He gets it half done and say and okay I think you need a new transformer right take this to an electrical wholesaler and have them make sure that its a bad transformer but anyway he took it off so I don't have the transformer hooked up. he could not fix the light in another place because he could not get in. I just was disappointed and I kept thinking well maybe if I give him one more project he can do the next project well. It just kind of went from bad to worse. We tried to change the light bulbs at a 23 foot ceiling in my main entry and so he had an extended ladder and an extension pole and instead of him getting up on it he pushed his Mexican worker on it who does not speak English and has never done it before and then he locked the room. He does not really know what he is doing. I just felt it was unprofessional. I paid him additional money. I paid him a lot more money than the Angie's list price to see if he could get everything accomplished. Many things left unaccomplished. He was frustrated and I was frustrated and then I got his bill."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
