Jake and his team at EcoPure are top notch. Having a flood is stressful and you want it fixed yesterday. EcoPure is the best in town! From the first phone call to the last speck of dust, they took care of us with meticulous detail. The plan was carefully explained, they were efficient and took extra care to keep the clean parts of our home clean during the demolition and reconstruction. We hope to never need their services again, but highly recommend them if you do.

We had a flood from a water heater and simultaneously a bathtub leak. Called Eco peer Jake and Josh were out to the house within two hours and assessing the problem and damage. They were able to get a plumber out at the same time to help shut off the water and begin figuring out a repair. We had an estimate on the repair work within one day and work began one day after that. The work was done incredibly well. All of the subcontractors were on time and very efficient, very polite, great work from start to finish. Everything was done and handled in amazing time and certainly an affordable price. Jake was great to work with and extremely detail oriented. The house is back together and we couldn’t appreciate the work Eco pure and their employees and subcontractors did for us more. Would give my strongest recommendation.

We recently did two job remodels with Ecopure and had a very good experience. Josh and Jake were very knowledgeable in helping us navigate an insurance claim and are very responsive throughout the entire job. Their level of expertise from mitigation to rebuild helped the process go very smooth. I would highly recommend them.

I received an evening call from my tenants telling me of a leak in the ceiling at the home. They said that the ceiling and some of the walls appeared to be wet. I contacted Josh, the owner of EcoPure Restoration in San Diego. Josh and his company were amazing! They arrived first thing the next day to evaluate the situation and repairs were begun immediately. Josh was so knowledgeable and he put my mind completely at ease. He made a stressful situation (for me, as well as the resident tenants) so much less stressful. My husband and I recently had a water leak in our slab foundation. It turned into quite an extensive repair job, Josh and Jake from Ecopure came with our plumber quickly. Josh handled everything from leak detection to completion. The process took a few months and Josh did a fantastic job of negotiating with our insurance company and hiring competent contractors. Josh was great!! He inspected the start of a mold removal from another company, and found no mold in sight, no signs of wet areas, or smell of mold. Lab test came back clear of any spores in the air. We had been scammed and he saved us thousands of dollars and time. Go with Ecopure

Ecopure saved me from what might have been the worst week of my life. Right after a major health event, my home flooded. Josh from Ecopure came and walked me through the entire process of rebuilding my water-logged home. He worked extremely well with my insurance company and even agreed to fix up parts of my house during reconstruction that really needed the attention. He walked me through each step, was flexible, communicated wonderfully, and his crew was professional, efficient, and excellent. Hands down the best contractor I've ever worked with; my house is so nice now, I'm planning the next few holidays as a staycation so I can enjoy the fantastic work that the crew did! I'll call them for any further contractor work I need. I give Ecopure Restoration my highest recommendation.

We had a bad leak on the kitchen ceiling and one cabinet had to be disassembled for the fix. Josh and his team did an excellent job for us. They saved our kitchen and restored it to the original shape. They also helped us to clean and paint all the cabinets like new (the cabinets were pretty greasy due to the Asian food). Now our kitchen is like new! Excellent job, thank you.

EcoPure Restoration has been outstanding in handling our home's water damage and the resulting remediation, all reparations and insurance claim. We called them right away, and Josh showed up the next day. He was a true godsend. His experience with the initial remediation and then with the home repairs and guidance as a contractor assisted us throughout the entire six-month saga. Throughout it all, Josh and Ecopure were the constants when the insurance and home decisions and all other variables were overwhelming and unpredictable. Josh was a consummate professional and handled everything with integrity. He was always available, responded to each and every call and provided whatever documentation was needed whenever we or the insurance company requested it. He was so familiar with the process that he was able to walk us through it from beginning to end. Our family recommends EcoPure without reservation. I am so glad they were there for us when we needed them. We were fortunate to find them in the beginning.

If I could give this company 100 stars I would. Josh and the EcoPure team were amazing to work with. We were first time homeowners and had unexpected kitchen damage within our first year of owning. We really didnâ t know where to start or who to contact. We met with Josh and from the get go he was helping us â adultâ . I have no clue what we would have done without Josh and his guidance. Not only was the team professional but they were also super friendly and you could tell they really cared. For the second time this year, we needed to call Josh Long and his team at Eco Pure to address a water leak in our home. After receiving excellent service in June 2019 due to a leak in our kitchen, we did not hesitate to call Josh when we had a second, unrelated incident in one of our bathrooms in December 2019. As with the first call, we give Eco Pure the highest rating for being responsive, knowledgeable, performing quality work and being respectful of our personal property. We were especially impressed at how quickly Eco Pure responded during the Christmas season, since our leak was discovered on December 23rd. Project specifics: After discovering a water leak in our upstairs bathroom, we called Josh, and he arrived with his team in less than two hours to evaluate the leak and set up fans and humidifier to start the drying process. At that time, Josh scheduled a date for the demo and showed up as expected on that scheduled date. When it was discovered that we needed plumbing services to prevent further damage, Josh contacted us quickly and due to his recommendations for plumbers, we were able to get the work completed within a few hours. The fans and humidifier were left in place for several days to ensure everything was dry. Josh called us a few days after his services were complete and paid for, just to check in that we were able to find someone to complete repairs. We are currently in process of hiring a dry wall installer to repair the damage and due to the diligence and quality of effort we observe by Josh and his team, we highly value any service providers recommendations by him. Throughout the entire process, Josh was very responsive and took the time to call us back quickly whenever we had questions. As a homeowner, overwhelmed with these unexpected situations, twice in one year, we were grateful to work with Eco Pure because we felt confident that the work was being done correctly. We would absolutely recommend Eco Pure and would hire them again if necessary.

About 4 months ago we woke up to water throughout the kitchen. I don't remember how I came across their number but it was the best thing that could have happened. They explained in detail what to expect and eased a ton of anxiety considering all of the damage that occurred. Not only did they do an exceptional job with the clean up but then I found out that they could also help with the repairs. These guys were completely upfront and honest about EVERYTHING! Absolutely incredible to work with and exceeded all expectations. They worked with my insurance company and helped me get things done that wasn't originally included in the insurance bid. They finished the entire project on time, exceeding all expectations. I still walk around the house amazed at the attention to detail with their work.
