"My ceiling looks great! Took no time to get it donr."

"They did a great job replacing the kitchen ceiling drywall after a pipe leak. Looks perfect. The paint job was perfect as well."

"Gabe and his team did a wonderful job on creating a new ceiling in our master bedroom. It is absolutely beautiful--we just finished painting it yesterday with a lovely color called Creamy from Sherwin-Williams. From consultation to job completion, Gabe was professional, friendly, and did great work. His price was fair, too. We like that he and his team were on-time, hard-working, highly-skilled, and very friendly and caring about our needs. We highly recommend Gabe and his team for any project...you will be happy with the level of detail, quality, and service. Thank you, Gabe and your team."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe at Joe's Drywall Repair on restoring the plaster in my 1927 bungalow, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, Joe exceeded my expectations. The ceiling and wall restoration work was flawless—cracks were expertly repaired, and the retexturing matched the original finish perfectly, preserving the vintage charm of my home. One of the standout aspects of working with Joe was his punctuality and professionalism. He was consistently on time, and I was always informed about the stages of the job, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and responsive throughout, and I felt confident every step of the way. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work and the experience of working with Joe. If you're looking for a restoration specialist who truly understands the craft, I highly recommend Joe's Drywall Repair!"

"Working with Danny was a great pleasure.  He and his team just completed a great job with the popcorn removal of my recently purchased 2066 square foot house.  Between his detailed, very easy to understand price estimates, his consistently helpful, professionally pleasant demeanor , true work ethic and pride that he takes in the results, finding him and his team has been a true blessing.
The ceilings look great!!
The painter that is doing the walls (would have used Danny's team but they were already booked solid) commented on how "wow, this took twenty years off of the house" -- he had seen it with the popcorn initially.  This painter also does popcorn removal; and, was clearly impressed  with Danny and his team's work.
I'm also amazed at how fast the work was done.  I'm on a tight move in schedule; and, Danny and his team completed the job in two days as promised.  They are extremely organized and clean too...no trace of popcorn or anything else after they were done.
Once again, I highly recommend Danny and his team and plan to get estimates from him for future remodeling projects we have in mind for our new home.

"The service was great. They two employees put plastic all around to control dust. The job took four hours and they were relatively quiet. Very polite as well."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
