Curtis and Tanya have been performing rodent control service at our 18-unit apartment in Concord for a long time. Rodent control is one of the most important tasks of apartment management. As a property manager, I am Fortunately having their consistent and professional support. The work has been set at a monthly basis, during more than 10 years period, they have never missed a service. When there was unexpected incident happened, they would add a special service to resolve the matter promptly. Curtis works on the front line, he is very friendly, willing to discuss issues and applying different methods for the rodent control to suit various conditions and tenantâ s concerns. Tanya communicates with clients and coordinate schedules to meet clientâ s needs. No surprise, you may get a response from her at night, weekend, holiday and or even during their vacations.
