"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"I have hired other firms for this house as well as other homes. This is the best customer service and professional, effective pest control of the five other firms I have used. Very friendly, thorough, effective service."

"I was in desperate need of some help and answers to my pest problems. This was the first & only Pro that contacted me. While I didn't technically hire them, they were very professional and responded quickly to my project request. The project was quoted at $200, but I was only charged $50 for a down payment and inspection. While I may still be baffled at how I got a small invasion of pesky flies, the Pro was excellent at communicating with me and still offered their services in my time of need."

"Their service was so superior then our current pest control, we decided to sign up our monthly service going forward. Thank you!"

"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"Jovany Maldonado does an amazing job has been our pest control agent for several years goes the xtra mile to take care of our pest control needs would highly recommend him and his company"

"I was concerned i might have a rat problem and had Ratman Pest and Termite Control out to inspect and offer solutions. Gilbert came the next day and was clear both that I had a significant infestation in the crawl space throughout the underside of my house and that the remedy did not require the much more costly "rat slab" concrete fill suggested by several other companies. We had multiple points of entry and Gilbert recommended sealing them securely with trenching using galvanized mesh and stakes, and then monitoring with traps and frequent inspections. We went with his recommendation, and have been thrilled with the work and results. Andres did a spectacular job of sealing all entry points and then repairing some duct and insulation damage that the rats had caused. Following a thorough cleanup, the space is rat free with plans to continue to monitoring regularly. Ratman provides a year warranty, so we anticipate based on other reviews that Gilbert will be responsive if needed should we see any evidence of further problems. He was true to his word that what he suggested was a remedy that would be the most cost-effective solution that would address the problem and best ensure against problems in the future. Much thanks and appreciation for the excellent work."

"Well, we did need treatment. We had spot chemical cleaning performed. The treatment appointment was available immediately and the technician showed up exactly on time. I do not know pricing for these services so cannot provide accurate price comparison information. My only advice is to make sure the technician goes into the attic."

"We have a monthly contract with Eliminate EM Pest Management to control insects and bugs also to eradicate rodents. They are prompt and courtesy and very efficient"

"Armando was great to work with. We had to keep postponing our termite work for almost 4 months due to continuing rain storms, we thought after getting the quote back in 2022, they might increase the cost for the work that needed to be done, NOPE, the cost stayed the same. The crew that came out to take care of the treatment were very thorough, very professional, and overall a great team. I would definitely recommend Vanguard Termite Control."
