One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

"It took them 45 min and they charged over $1400. Way too expensive for what they provide. Work clean up was terrible (just swished debris into corner behind garbage cans). Had to monitor technician as he plugged holes with white putty on a wooden hardwood floor. Only after insisting that they can do better, he pulled up colored putty that matched the floor."

Thankfully, whatever my husband had sprayed to deter the wasps from setting up a nest behind our gutters had worked, as the technician confirmed that there were no active wasps there. The technician told me about the bi-monthly pest control service that they offer, so we will be looking into that."
