ABSOLUTELY do not use Bulwark! ABSOLUTELY do not use Bulwark! Their door to door people are liars and will tell you anything to get you to sign. Their customer service is nasty and their spray left yellow marks all over our walls and window sills that cannot be removed.

I can’t say enough good things about Bulwark Exterminating, and especially about their incredible technician, Nate. Nate was not only punctual and knowledgeable, but he went above and beyond to make sure every inch of our home was thoroughly inspected and treated. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail and answered all my questions. His attention to detail is unmatched—he didn’t just do the job; he did it with excellence and pride. What stood out the most was Nate’s kindness, integrity, and work ethic. It’s rare to meet someone so committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. He treated our home with the same level of care and respect as if it were his own. Bulwark is lucky to have someone like Nate representing their company. Have been with Bulwark for years. Many companies lose track of you once you sign up, but not Bulwark. Their tech, Clint, is texting me regularly to check in and see if there is anything extra they can do. Very grateful I don’t have to think about this issue, Bulwark just gets it taken care of.

Nathaniel is great! He has been our Bulwark rep for some time now. In a neighborhood by the golf course that sees lots of rodents - we have had none other than those around our property, but when we see them, they are dead. We feel secure from having to deal with mice, etc. That is the best feeling!

We have a quarterly service plan with Bulwark and we love it. Today a technician named Joe C. came by for a treatment for spiders, but while he was here he checked our rodent bait boxes, checked and replaced snapping traps in our garage, did a spray around the outside of the house, and explained everything that was done. He also made recommendations on what could be done to further protect the home without a high pressured sales pitch. He was very friendly knowledgeable and he was patient woth all my questions. We appreciate great techs like Joe!
