"Nick Sinclair handled my project. He was really great. I had no clue that you had to have a permit in order to install a furnace or water heater. An inspector came out and told me that I would need a permit. They had to drive from Orange County to Riverside County in order to get the permits. These guys stopped everything, drove out there and took care of all the permits. They installed everything promptly and it was just the perfect job. Their prices are fantastic."

"Everything from my first telephone call to the final handshake was perfect. Darrow Mirsky arrived at my house the morning after the evening when I called. He was at all times courteous, prompt, and very clear about all my options. My options were to replace the old condenser which had failed or to install an entirely new unit. I chose the latter based the 30+ age of the existing unit, getting a 10 year warranty, and better efficiency to mitigate the price difference. Darrow put no pressure on me at all in making my choice. Emilio, who did the actual installation, was also terrific. Both Darrow and Emilio answered all my questions patiently and clearly. Chris already had several repairs booked but he promised he would come before the day was out. He kept his promise, arrived at 6:30 pm and in 15 minutes had our AC unit up and running. To top it off when he found out we were new to SoCal and Riverside, he spent several minutes visiting and sharing his list of things to enjoy in the area. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will definitely hire him again if and when the need arises."

"We have a six year old AC system. A few days ago, on the first really hot day of the year, the system came on, provided cold air for about an hour, then quit. The first AC company that examined the system (the HVAC sub of a contractor who built a new room for us) said that the malfunction was due to a compressor gone bad and not the result of his having moved the condenser/compressor to the other side of our house. I called Iwai (who installed the system six years previously) for a second opinion. When the Iwai rep arrived, I explained to him that the fan at the top of the condenser/compressor was turning more slowly than normal, and the system just kind-of whines. The Iwai rep replied, "it sounds like a capacitor." Sure enough, within 10 minutes Brandon had the capacitor replaced and we had cold air. Given their quick response, diagnosis and repair, Iwai rates five stars with us."
