    We used Trig Builders for a remodeling project recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did awesome work at all stages of the remodeling project, from drafting to design to the actual work. On top of that, they were very friendly and nice people to work with. My remodeling project included: New kitchen, new hardwood flooring and paint of the entire house, in addition to some minor bathroom updates. From the beginning, the design team made me feel at ease with their wonderful suggestions and attention to all the detail. Working with them really felt as a collaborative effort. They very open to my ideas, implementing the good ones and explaining the differences. In addition to designing the cabinetד, they helped me select all the appliances, flooring, paint. The team was top-notch. They were friendly, skilled, hardworking and excellent craftspeople. The whole remodeling project was completed within our budget and just a little bit over time… but that’s because we added more things during the work. Were thrilled with how things turned out

There were some drip stains on a fascia board that was most likely the result of dirty water that had dripped out when they replaced a corner piece of a gutter.     Things were pretty good. Got an estimate within a day or two, and they were able to install within a 10 day window (they actually came out within 6 days). Prompt responses. Just two complaints: 1) They had to move a cable off of the eave and they didn't replace it. It's on the second story and I don't have a ladder to go up there and fix it, so it just flops around there in the wind and looks stupid. 2) When the wind blows a good bit down the side of the house, the gutters and downspout tend to groan. Not sure if this is because of the design, or poor installation

    When we realized we had several long water stains on the ceiling of our living room, we called 2 roofing businesses immediately. Both were late in getting back to us, so we called a third. The third roofer came and made an estimate but then left us hanging for about 2 weeks. We then called Sunrise Roofing, who were out the next day for the estimate and completed the work 2 days later. Their price was significantly less than the other quote we got, even though the amount and type of work was described as the same, and they gave us a written guarantee that covers the entire upcoming rainy season. Sunrise Roofing is expedient, courteous, friendly and professional. Of course, the proof in the pudding as far as roofs go is whether there are future leaks, so a guarantee is essential, and that's what we got

    I live in Vancouver, BC and the company is based in Houston, TX so a degree of trust is necessary before any order is placed. In my case the awning was sent via truck freight and a large metal-clad crate arrived, seemingly intact. Not immediately apparent when the goods were received was the fact that a fork lift had penetrated the base of the crate and crushed the canopy beyond repair. When I attempted to claim damage insurance from the shipper they sent out a damage inspector and I thought everything was on-track. To my amazement, the freight company declined responsibility for the damage and refused to pay any part of the claim. At this point James Threadgill of Classic Copper Works stepped in to offer a full replacement of the damaged item at no cost to me. I have now received the replacement item (this time sent by FedEx rather than the dodgy truck freight firm) and it is perfect. Classic Copper Works certainly did not make a profit on this transaction but they earned my respect. Thanks
