  • 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design Inc.
    5.0
We went on our first remodel with 4 Season Remodeling & design in mid 2019, which was taking down a wall between our den and living room and some other items. 2 months ago we decided to do another remodel, our Kitchen and we knew from the start we would go with 4 Season Remodeling & design because of our previous dealings with the company. We called Jacob the owner, and he reached us back immediately. He came out, did an inspection and an estimate and within a few weeks, we were underway again. The Kitchen was a pretty big job as it was a complete remodel, taken down to the studs and rebuilt. The project started and completed in the allotted time. Jacob was constantly in contact with us with daily updates. He took care of any dealings with inspectors, the city, and with the work crew. The project was pretty smooth, and the work was done with quality and care. Thank you again 4 Season Remodeling & design and thank you Jacob for your hard work and devotion to your customers. We love engaging with you and your company. • Flowrite Plumbing

I noticed late yesterday that my water heater was leaking badly and we called Danny based on the recommendations from Angie's List and Yelp. I'm so glad we did. He told us what to do overnight and came out this morning with a new high quality water heater. I watched the entire time as he replaced a frozen fitting, all the lines, the pan, and everything else that was needed. The entire job came in at the lower end of what he quoted us ahead of time. Danny and his helper Jim did an extremely professional job and we're very satisfied. They are easy to talk to and Danny answered every question I had. Excellent experience - I'd recommend Flowrite Plumbing to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done

Don and his men did a good job. They workers followed COVID protocol and cleaned up each day. I think the price was fair, and my wife and I were happy with the results.

Don and his team are awesome. I bought an older home that needed a new water heater installed and old galvanized pipes removed. Don gave me very fair estimates, and despite some errors on my part making his team work a few extra hours, he didn't charge me more. He also informed me of several tax rebates that saved me over a 1000 bucks. He knows his stuff. His team was very friendly and they all were professional and punctual

  • RockSteady Plumbing

I called Rocksteady Plumbing, and I was DESPERATE! They were very professional, understanding, helpful and actually calmed me down. Depending on your plumbing situation, each case is unique, and my particular case was labor intensive. They not only guided me through the process, but worked with my insurance. Prices are reasonable & they are available 24/7. Cameron Stumbo, was my assigned plumber for 2 full days and he remained calm, professional, & determined to complete the difficult plumbing project. He even took the time, to explain where the faulty plumbing had gone wrong along with a full explanation of what the parts/labor would be that way there’d be no surprises. Cameron, went above and beyond, even as he worked underneath the house, in the crawl space, and pointed out issues to me. I partially entered the crawl space to see what his exact working conditions were and its insane to work in such limited space. I have very much respect ✊ for Cameron/Rocksteady Plumbing, trust their professional work and I will only recommend Rocksteady Plumbing to my family, friends, & real estate clients. THANK YOU ROCKSTEADY PLUMBING 🪠!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!

  • Mateo's Handyman Services
    5.0
Matt was amazing. First of all, his bid was the best out of 4 bids that I got. He came on a Sunday and didn't charge extra for coming on a weekend. He was on time, very professional and did exactly what we needed him to do. He left no mess and, in fact, even left an auger for us so that if we have a similar problem with our toilet in the future, we may be able to take care of it ourselves. I would give Matt a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend him for any handyman projects

Quite well. In my first call to him, Don asked essential questions about the issues and prior to coming out, did considerable homework about my partcular model. He did the maintenance descaling treatment throroughly. He then showed me on a diagram where the plumbing was never installed correctly, suggesting that this might be the reason the heater runs too much. While with me he called the manufacturer and talked to a master technician who verified the incorrect installation. He recommended that I contact the homebuilder to get it fixed, rather than charging me to fix it himself. Some days later he called just to check on things. While initially his manner seemed less attentive than I might have expected, in the end I came to really appreciate his knowledge, experience, and forthrightness. I recommend him highly

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
