He was prompt and very efficient and all work was completed the same day. One item he was unable to do himself , but he gave them the name of two companies who specialize in replacing that type of component (reverse osmosis water filtration system) . They would definitely utilize his services if they need repairs in the future.

It took a very long time to get a bid, almost three weeks and I had to contact him again in order to get it. We had a miscommunication regarding contact on one of the days of the job. The work was good, though we had to have him come back out to repair the latch on the gate he installed. He came out right away and took care of it promptly.

Excellent job. The reason I downrated him on responsiveness is that he said he would call first thing next week to schedule completing the drywall repair but I had to call him when I hadn't heard from him by the middle of the week. The final work was completed to my complete satisfaction.

Installed post onto concrete sidewalk and set up two mailboxes. Finished to whole job in about an hour. Even offered to haul away old, broken mailboxes and packing materials.

The old crown molding looked terrible and was removed for the new crown molding. Bill provided suggestions for the molding to purchase to obtain the results I was desiring. When the old molding was removed care was taken to minimize damage to the wall and ceiling. The new crown molding was installed and now just needs to be finished and painted. Bill did a good job on the install and it already looks better then the old molding. I will be using him in the future for some other small jobs.

The work went very well and we are happy with the results. I highly recommend Bill ! We weren't sure exactly what we wanted and Bill made excellent suggestions.

The jobs went very well. I like Bill's enthusiasm and get it done attitude. I also liked that he charges for services for each job - not by the hour. Because he had to get materials specific to each job he went to the hardware store and didn't waste any time getting them.

Bill did an excellent job of repairing damaged boards in my fence last year. He was very professional and communication was great. He purchased and installed the boards for me and after the job was done the boards looked so new and so close together that I was worried they would always stand out. But now, after a year of weathering, they look EXACTLY like the rest of the fence. He definitely knew what he was doing. He also knocked $50 off his original quote since the job went quicker than he expected. How often does that happen?!? I highly recommend him.

He arrived promptly and completed all the work including retrieval of special trim from his shop in two hours time. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing, working quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use Bill again.

The door: our previous door was SO old and had no weather stripping left and had a big gap under the bottom where cold and hot air came into the house. Bill came over, took quick measurements, and explained the differences in types of doors he could get. We made a quick decision and he came back once more before ordering the door to confirm his measurements, which I thought was extremely professional. Bill doesn't do any painting--as he says, he sticks to his strengths and I respect that. I'd rather have a handyman who is up front about what they do best and what they don't do so well so I don't have a poorly done job.

Light fixtures: Our previous fixture flickered SO bad, sometimes it wouldn't even turn on at all. Bill replaced both of them and now the kitchen has great lighting.

Faucet handle: Our cold faucet handle had come off in our downstairs powder room. I was sure we would need to get a new sink fixture but luckily, Bill was able to fix it!

Lights in dining room: The bulb had burned out and when I replaced it, the switch did not activate it. Bill came out and checked it out, checking the fixture and the switch before informing me I needed a new fixture. I picked one out and he came out and installed it the next day.

Light in hall: a minor thing but still very appreciated--the hall light at the bottom of my stairs burned out but is about 12' in the air and far out of reach from my 3' step stool. While out working on other things, Bill also changed that light bulb for me.

Water Heater: we are currently selling our home and the water heater was not up to code w being double strapped, Bill came out and got it done.

Bill is extremely flexible with scheduling and timing. He's been out on a Saturday and during the week. When my husband and I have something for Bill to do, we just leave our key and he works in our home while we are at work. Bill is extremely trust worthy and I have no problem with him being in my home while I am not. I look forward to sharing his name with others who need work done and using his services again in the future.

It was great! This was an Angie's List installation Deal - Ceiling fan installation for $150. Bill was right on time and did a great job. He even offered to haul away the old one for me. I would definitely call him again.
